This home has a large living space offering comfort and relaxation after a day of work or a fun day out. Close to Ravensbourne, Shortlands and Bromley North stations. Local attractions include Chislehurst Caves and Petts Wood & Hawkwood National Trust.

The property is a 4 bedroom mid terrace town house complete with garden, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. Free off-street parking is available for one vehicle. The property is professionally cleaned.
The foyer is light, airy and spacious and leads to the kitchen/dining area. The kitchen/dining area overlooks the garden. It is spacious and well-equipped so you can cook, socialise and entertain in a comfortable and relaxing environment. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cooker/oven and two microwaves. Cleaning products and washing powder are under the sink for your use. Help yourself to tea and coffee! The dining table seats up to 4 guests.
The garden is spacious and has a small patio and a large grass area. There is outdoor furniture and kids toys available so you can relax and socialise outside.
There is a double bedroom on the ground floor that can sleep up to 2 guests. It is equipped with a double bed and a smart TV. A small workspace is available if you are working from home. The downstairs toilet opposite the bedroom is an added bonus.
The living room is on the first floor. It is a beautiful space complete with a Juliet balcony overlooking the garden and two sofa beds to comfortably seat and sleep large groups and families. Relax while you watch TV on a 50 inch HD smart screen. Super fast WiFi is available throughout the property so you can work from home, browse online and stream all your favourite TV shows during your stay.
Next to the living room is a single bedroom that sleeps one guest.
The master bedroom is on the second floor and can sleep up to 2 guests. The twin beds can be joined together to create a super king sized bed. This room overlooks the garden and is equipped with a double wardrobe, comfy armchair and smart TV.
There is another single room on this floor that sleeps one guest.
All bedrooms have chests of drawers and/or wardrobes/clothes rails to store your clothes. Towels and bed linen are provided. The decor is simple but lovely and the small photographs on display were taken by my partner who does photography!
The bathroom is on the second floor and is well-equipped with a bath, shower, wash basin and toilet. There is ample storage for all your toiletries and body soap is available for your use.
There is a storage cupboard in the hallway next to the master bedroom where the ironing board, iron, clothes drying rack, hoover and other cleaning equipment are kept. Extra pillows, duvets, and bed linen for the sofa beds are also kept here.
