I have been living here for the past 35 years and Id have to say if you are looking to relax or have fun or adventure, PLAYA DEL CARMEN is the place to be. Its has a very layed back atmosphere. My family and guests fall in love with the 5th avenue and its proximity to the awesome blue waters of the Caribbean ocean. I always recommend the 3D museum. I have traveled to many places before Playa del Carmen, none that offer so much variety of snorkeling, scuba, kiting, dining, shopping, beach and night life in one place. My friends and family refer to it as one of the most incredible places in this world... These select apartments are absolutely perfect, for single, couples, or families. My friends and family love it and we know you will too, no matter what you vacation lifestyle is!

Convinced this is a very local area, not noisy or expensive, but close enough to the crazy wild night life of PDC!!!
Love playa and I enjoy everything it offers..... meeting people, scenery, beach, lounging, chilling or party!!!

AV CTM is fully illuminated 24/7 so coming and going at all hours is safe.
THE AMERICAS MALL is 1 KM away in a straight line on the other side of the highway. The mall offers: grocery store, SEARS, movies, restaurant, food court, casino, etc.
2 blocks away are 2 grocery stores, plus multiple shops, restaurants, tacos, food, etc.
I highly recommend the arabic tacos on the corner. There is a water purifier on the other corner to fill up your jug. Laundry places are everywhere.
Great coffee only 3 blocks down in Tiramisu, a small Italian place.
7/11 and OXXO is also 2 blocks away at the gas station.
1 block away you can easily grab a colectivo or small bus going almost anywhere, taxis/cabs are available also.
