WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with a patio, lawn, and hot tub. Two well behaved pets welcome but not allowed on furniture or upstairs. Sorry no smoking. All of this awaits at Egerton House. Note: Good housekeeping bond of 250 GBP.
