The Space:
From the moment you step inside the grand entrance, Campden Barn welcomes you with bold, unmistakable character.
Statement walls create a dramatic backdrop, setting the tone for the impeccable interiors that unfold with refined elegance throughout the home.
Natural light pours through the expansive spaces, accentuating the barn’s exquisite architectural features and carefully curated selection of furnishings, that echo timeless sophistication.
The heart of the home is the elegant kitchen and dining area — a spacious, open-plan design that seamlessly blends show-home sophistication with warmth and conviviality. Infused with earthy green tones and adorned with striking lighting and artwork, the kitchen is fully equipped for both culinary experiences and intimate dining gatherings.
On sun-drenched summer days, the double doors open onto the terrace, seamlessly connecting the indoors with the outdoors. In winter, the ambience shifts, offering the perfect opportunity to unwind by the wood burner, where soft flickers of firelight create a welcoming sanctuary.
Down the hallway, behind the charming barn-style doors, two impeccably appointed bedrooms await, each offering a serene sanctuary with their own elegantly designed bathroom.
The first ground floor bedroom, wrapped in statement dusty pink Rebel Walls wallpaper and softened by delicate sage accents, exudes a tranquil atmosphere. The second ground floor bedroom radiates calm with soothing green tones, elevated by Romo wallpaper and beautifully accented by statement artwork that adds an artistic flair.
Both rooms are furnished with flexible zip-and-link beds for ultimate comfort and versatility, while generous built-in wardrobes ensure ample storage. The bathrooms are an oasis of serenity, spacious and finished with overhead showers, bathtubs, and luxurious Bamford toiletries—perfect for unwinding after a day spent exploring the countryside.
A convenient downstairs WC is also tucked away at the end of the hallway.
At the far end of Campden Barn, the dramatic living room invites you to sink into total relaxation. Bathed in deep, rich navy tones, this sumptuous space is adorned with plush, inviting furnishings and luxurious Clarke & Clarke textiles, creating a cocoon of warmth and style.
The show-stopping Rebel Walls bookcase feature wall adds both sophistication and charm, inspiring quiet moments with a beloved novel or story time curled up with little ones. Share laughter over a board game or savour a glass of your favourite wine as the freestanding wood burner casts a gentle, flickering glow across the room.
Double doors open gracefully onto the garden, seamlessly blending refined indoor luxury with the natural beauty of the outdoors. This space offers a truly indulgent setting where the comforts of home and the tranquillity of nature exist in perfect harmony.
Two stunning master bedrooms are found upstairs via wrap-around staircases from both the kitchen and living room. Each bedroom is flooded with natural light beneath wood-slat, eave-style ceilings, creating a sense of effortless calm. The bedrooms are open to the staircases, enhancing a sense of flow and space, and feature chic built-in storage, stylish dressing tables, and their own indulgent en-suites.
Outside, Campden Barn truly dazzles. The expansive garden unfolds like a private paradise, with a range of luxurious features designed for both relaxation and celebration. A bubbling hot tub invites indulgence, while a stylish outdoor dining area sets the stage for al fresco feasts. Luxury weave rattan seating provides the perfect spot to unwind, and a chiminea casts a warm glow for starlit evenings. A fire pit creates a cosy space for conversations long into the night, while a charming picnic bench, thoughtfully positioned at the top of the garden, captures breathtaking views of Chipping Campden — completing this idyllic setting.
To the rear, part of the garden has been thoughtfully left to flourish naturally—encouraging native plants and attracting local wildlife, adding a gentle, organic rhythm to this beautifully curated outdoor space.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled in the rolling hills of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Chipping Campden is widely celebrated as one of the most enchanting and historically rich towns in the Cotswolds. Its honey-hued stone buildings, medieval market hall, and beautifully preserved architecture create a storybook setting that feels untouched by time.
Stroll down the golden high street where winding lanes reveal a treasure trove of independent boutiques, artisanal cafés, and charming galleries that invite you to explore at a slower pace. It’s a place where fresh sourdough from the baker, hand-crafted ceramics, and perfectly poured coffee are part of everyday life. The town also holds a special place in British design history, as the spiritual home of the Arts and Crafts movement, giving it a rich cultural thread that still weaves through the community today.
Chipping Campden is perfectly placed for exploring the wider Cotswolds and beyond. Just 12 miles from Stratford-upon-Avon, the birthplace of Shakespeare, and 22 miles from Cheltenham, famed for its festivals and Regency charm, you’re ideally positioned for both tranquil countryside escapes and enriching cultural day trips. Fantastic location...very well equipped kitchen (lots of cutlery and dishes so we could have breakfast and lunch for 8 people without having to wash any dishes, cups or glasses)!! It's a sun trap in the back and would be even better if the weather had been warmer but it was lovely. We found the beds comfortable and the individual thermostats everywhere meant everyone could be warm or cool as they wished. The restaurants in the village were great and easily walkable too! Highly recommend this for a Cotswold stay!
