DOWNSTAIRS
Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen with aga and separate electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, TV
Dining room/family area: 6 seater dining table, electric fire, Welsh dresser, cosy seating area with TV, patio doors overlooking garden
Sitting room: 3-seater recliner sofa, 2 reclining armchairs, TV, dining table.

OUTSIDE
Located on working farm with shared access. Private driveway parking ample for three cars. Outside porch with coat hooks and boot rack. Large, enclosed garden with lawn and large patio area. The garden is multi-level and there is a pond; please ensure children are supervised. Barbeque (must be cleaned before departure) and garden furniture provided.
