As you stroll through the historical centre of Morrovalle, you will feel as if you have stepped back in time. Cobblestone alleys, ancient walls and picturesque views will lead you to Palazzo Lazzarini, an elegant 17^(th)-century building which now houses the town hall. The Borgo Marconi Auditorium, not far away, hosts cultural and musical events, offering entertainment in the heart of the village.
About 20 minutes' drive away, you can visit two gems of the Marche region: Recanati, the birthplace of Giacomo Leopardi; and Loreto, home to the famous Basilica of the Holy House, a popular pilgrimage site and centre of spirituality. Nature and walking enthusiasts can enjoy hiking trails through woods, cultivated fields and vineyards, or follow the area's food and wine itineraries and taste the local specialities. Among them are the renowned white wine Verdicchio and the signature dish of Le Marche coastal cuisine, fish brodetto.
If you are looking for a day at the beach, the sandy beaches of Civitanova Marche and Porto Recanati are the closest and can be reached in about 20 minutes. If you feel like exploring the wilder coastline, you can reach the Conero Riviera in about 40 minutes. Here you will find coves and a crystal-clear sea in Numana, Sirolo and Portonovo.
For an educational experience that is also suitable for children, you can visit the spectacular Frasassi Caves, which are about an hour away. This incredible underground world of stalactites, stalagmites and majestic caverns is one of the largest and most fascinating karst complexes in Europe.

Villa Lina can accommodate up to 14 people and comprises a main house and an outbuilding overlooking the pool.

The main house extends over two levels and is connected by an internal staircase.
The ground floor consists of:
- a large open-plan area comprising a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a TV, sofas and dining tables that can seat up to 14 people. A large French door brightens up the room and leads to the outdoor dining area overlooking the pool;
- 2 bedrooms with a double bed each;
- one bedroom with 2 single beds;
- 2 bathrooms with shower.

The internal staircase in the building's atrium leads to the first floor, where there are:
- a large open-plan area including a living room with a TV, a dining table and sofas. There is also a second, fully equipped kitchen here. From the living area, you can access a balcony with a panoramic view of the pool;
- a bedroom with a double bed, which also has a balcony;
- a bedroom with two single beds;
- a bedroom with a double bed;
- 2 bathrooms with shower;
- a utility room with a washing machine for guests' use.

The detached outbuilding is accessible from the garden and is ideal for those seeking more privacy. It consists of an open-plan room featuring:

Villa Lina is equipped with a floor cooling system. It also has a modern home automation system that allows you to easily and intuitively manage the main functions of the house, as well as an external video surveillance system and an alarm system.


The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; pool towels; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); air conditioning (underfloor cooling); Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance; policy "Easy Rent" (additional insurance coverage for accidental damage to the property, up to a maximum coverage of € 3.000,00 and subject to limitations).

The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
