The villa is set in a peaceful area where to relax after days out exploring this part of the region full of history and nature, cities like Noto, Siracusa or coast location such as Porto Palo are easy to reach by car.

The villa as a private gated garden of 200 square meters with additional 300 sqm of paved terrace, and feature a private swimming pool of 6x10 mt. depth from 0.60 to 1.40 mt. the pool is equipped with sun lounges and umbrellas for shade. There is a covered patio with table and chair and a gas barbeque for organize al fresco meal; attached to the gazebo is an external bathroom with shower.

The interiors of Villa Camporeale is over 80 square meters all in one floor the entrance leads to an open space which feature a living area with sofa and TV LCD, dining area and a well equipped kitchen with electric stove, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, American coffee maker and espresso machine, microwave, toaster etc. There is one double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and a second double bedroom still with shower room. the villa is fully air conditioned, there is internet wifi, washing machine and a private parking

The villa is on the countryside but only 1 km away from the beautiful town of Pachino which offers all services needed such as supermarkets, bar, restaurants, bank etc. the coast is less than 2 km away Marzamemi is 1.6 km there are equipped and free lidos where to enjoy a day on the beach. Porto Palo 8 km; Noto 24 km; Siracusa 54 km; Catania (Airport) 100 km; Agrigento (Temple valley) 200 km; Palermo 300 km.

Minimum stay 4 nights; 7 nights from 18/07/26 to 22/08/26 (any arrival day) and from 19/12/26 to 08/01/27
From 19 July to 22 August 7 nights Saturday-Saturday,
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): on request and extra charge
A security deposit of 500,00 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
Pet allowed upon request at extra charge of Euro 100.00 per stay
