Spacious (90 sqm), bright, and completely renovated, it’s the perfect nest for families or groups of friends looking for nature, adventure, and relaxation.
The real highlight? A 35 sqm panoramic terrace where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun, read a book wrapped in alpine silence, or raise a glass at sunset after a day on the trails or slopes.

Just steps away, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable and authentic stay: cafés, restaurants, shops, a library, swimming pool, sauna, gym, tennis courts, and even a climbing wall.
And for stress-free travel, right outside the door there’s a bus stop with direct routes to Milan and Turin, a free ski bus, and free public parking.

The apartment is on the 4th floor (please note: no elevator), but the climb is more than rewarded by space, light, and panoramic views.

Great apartment in Paquier

Very nice apartment in lovely Paquier. A proper mountain village with some nice bars and restaurants, very friendly locals. Apartment a 5 min drive to the ski lift, with loads of parking. You can take the bus also. Apartment nicely equipped, modern and with lots of good sleep space. Loved it!

Bon séjour

C'était un séjour agréable. J'ai apprécié qu'on m'ait informé que l'appartement n'avait pas d'ascenseur et se trouvait au quatrième étage. Le parking était de l'autre côté de la rue, dans un parking public, mais cela n'a jamais posé de problème. L'appartement lui-même était récemment décoré, bien équipé et très propre.

Great family accommodation for a ski holiday in Valtournenche

Our third time of staying in these perfectly situated apartments. More expensive that in previous years (2018 and 2019), but it's all very comfortable, nearly everything we needed was provided, and communication with the hosts was excellent. The only disappointment was that Valtournenche's two liveliest restaurants, the pizzerias Big Ben and Biblos, were both closed this year! Fingers crossed at least one of them will reopen in 2024, as the town is otherwise a very quiet place after 9pm!

Lovely apartment and location

Great apartment which was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday. The terrace was amazing and lovely views down the valley. Lovely little supermarket next door which has all the basics (and more!) and much nicer than the bigger one up in Cervinia. Also lots of restaurants, bars and local shops selling souvenirs and local produce. Cervinia is much bigger and loads of the more “touristy” shops but also a massive selection of ski and snowboard shops. Note that the ski bus goes to the Valtournenche gondola and not Cervinia. You can get over to Cervinia if you want to but took us a while to figure out there wasn’t a ski bus to the main ski area and only a local bus which runs about 4 times per day. Also, this bus goes to the main terminus which is a long trek up to the gondola. Not a problem but definitely worth knowing if you don’t have your own car.

Lovely Ski Apartment

This is a lovely well-furnished apartment, with plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 children, although if self-catering the kitchen was only big enough for one person at a time. Beds and sofa were very comfy, perfect for relaxing in the evening. The apartment was well equipped and the shower was good. The TV had Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime. Ski bus leaves from the car park opposite the apartment block every 20-30 minutes directly to the lift. There was a small food shop just next door which included most essentials. Although no ski locker at the property, we rented from the shop at the ski lift and could leave our equipment there for no charge so didn't need to bother lugging skis on the bus which made it much easier with young children. Dimitri also arranged for us to get a discount on the prices here, which was much appreciated. Great base for skiing - we enjoyed skiing to Cervinia and Zermatt. However, The link runs to Zermatt and Cervinia were susceptible to closure in high winds, which leaves a fairly limited number of runs in Valtournenche. The owner and local reps were very helpful with any questions we had. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Very spacious apartment in good village location

A well equipped apartment with the added bonus of an oven for self -caterers. 3 good sized bedrooms that comfortably sleep 6. Free outside parking nearby, and regular ski bus up and down the mountain. Well centrally heated and plenty of hot water for a decent shower. Free wi-fi that was ok and allowed us to use our Netflix in the evening on the provided tv. This apartment is for the able bodied and fit only as being positioned at the top with no elevator and 80 steps to climb with all your luggage could be a challenge! There is no ski locker. Luckily we had a large vehicle and kept ours in there. A good ski store is positioned next door. Very polite and helpful apartment owner along with Francesca who does the handover with deposit and keys. A microwave oven would of helped but we coped without one. My first trip skiing in Italy and won't be my last. Converted from France where everyone seems to rush about, generally rude, impatient and noisey! There are some small supermarkets in the resort that get very busy. A nice bakery and a bar for a coffee or beer just up the hill. The village is nicely decorated at Xmas and a decent firework show at New Year. My 3rd trip to Italy this year. Venice, Sorento and Cervinia. Enjoyed every experience. Thank you 🇮🇹 My last trip to Europe being in the EU. Let's see what happens.......

Top-Location mit Bergpanorama

Wer eine zentrale Unterbringung in der Matterhorn-Region sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Blick auf die Berge, eine sehr saubere und komfortable Ferienwohnung, eine gute Absprache vor Ort! Empfehlenswert.

Ottimo soggiorno in Valtournanche

L'appartamento è esattamente come descritto, appena ristrutturato, comodo, spazioso e luminoso. Riscaldamento e acqua calda non ci sono mai mancati e per noi era importante visti i due figli piccoli. Abbiamo avuto una splendida e puntuale accoglienza. Disponibilità e supporto da parte della padrona di casa non sono mai mancati oltre ai molti consigli utili visto che non conoscevamo la zona. Se ne avremo l'occasione ci torneremo di sicuro. Grazie ancora ai padroni di casa. Andrea Carlevaris

perfetta soluzione

caldo ed accogliente appartamento in stile montano, splendida terrazza con vista mozzafiato sulle montagne circostanti; attrezzature in ottimo stato; ottima posizione centrale e comoda per raggiungere gli impianti sciistici; i proprietari sono persone molto cortesi e disponibili e li ringraziamo per la bellissima esperienza.
