The property has been newly renovated and furnished to a modern, high standard, with large windows and elegant, comfortable living spaces both inside and out. Surrounded by breathtaking scenery, it’s just 1 hour and 20 minutes from Galway City and 40 minutes from the bustling town of Oughterard.
The area is home to some of Connemara’s most picturesque beaches. Just a 10-minute drive away lies Callowfeenish Beach, a peaceful and scenic spot ideal for walking and relaxing by the shore. Also nearby are the golden sands of Moyrus Beach and the wide, tranquil expanse of Bertraghboy Bay – each offering their own unique charm and stunning coastal views.
For dining and local flavour, Glynsk House is just 2 minutes away – a beloved pub and restaurant known for its traditional Irish fare and warm hospitality. For everyday essentials, the village of Carna is located 5km away, where you’ll find shops, a post office, pubs, and a health centre – everything you need within easy reach.

This property is set back from the road on a private site, with a large parking area and is surrounded by beautifully maintained and mature gardens to the front and to the rear.
There is a private patio area at the rear of the property offering sweeping, panoramic views of the stunning Bertraghboy Bay and the Twelve Bens. This is suitable for dining in good weather (garden furniture provided).

There is also a wall mounted smart TV. To top it all off, Connemara’s charm is on show in the most perfect way through the windows on every side. Enjoy the view, whether it be a golden sunset or a misty morning, while you cook and while you eat!

The sitting / dining room offers a 3-seater sofa and 2 comfortable electric recliners. Decorated in neutral colours and clean lines, one can sit and enjoy the sky and sea perform the latest marine or celestial show. Also in this room is a charming cream solid fuel stove, a 55 inch Smart TV, a large glass display cabinet and large windows creating a spacious yet warm and cosy atmosphere.

This large family bedroom is located at the front of the house offering lovely views of the manicured gardens. This bedroom contains a double and a single bed with a large, beautifully decorated ensuite shower room. Free-standing unit for clothes storage. Wooden flooring.
