Located on a quiet road close to the town centre, there are various shops, bars and restaurants within a short walking distance of the property. It's just a 15 minute walk to; The Royals shopping centre, City Beach, Adventure Island, Southend Pier and Southend Central Train Station.



Getting Around:

Being so centrally located, the town and beaches are easily explored on foot. Southend Central Train Station is just a 15 minute walk or short taxi ride away. There is free parking available at the property for those arriving by car.



Other Things to Note:

Hairdryer, hoover, iron and ironing board are available.



Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.



If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.
