Beautiful wellness villa in nature on the Bergvliet estate with unique architecture, with a golf course in front of the door

The 'Betonnen Boshuis' is a luxurious and modern holiday home in the Brabant countryside, located between Breda and Oosterhout. The owners have a passion for art and spatial design and that is clearly visible in the architecture and furnishings. The use of glass, steel and concrete in combination with contemporary furniture pieces make it a unique place. The house is located in a wooded area on the Bergvliet estate with an 18-hole golf course and the new wellness resort Spa One. The house is not part of the Bergvliet villa's recreation park, but is a private house and is located on another part of the estate. The large glass front at the front offers a view of the golf course, from home you can make beautiful walking or cycling trips. There are several terraces at the house. And do you want to do something active? A visit to the Burgundian city of Breda, the Efteling or a boat trip in the Biesbosch National Park offer a nice change.

'At home' you can relax in the hot tub, Turkish bath and outdoor pool. If that's not enough, you can also visit the luxury spa-wellness resort Spa One, also located on the Bergvliet estate.

Holiday home layout

The very spacious house is fully equipped with a cast floor with underfloor heating. Entrance has a wardrobe and separate toilet. The living room has a modern design with modern furniture such as a lovely lounge sofa, fireplace, TV and music system. The glass front and rear provide plenty of light. Natural sun protection provides privacy. In front of the fireplace there are bags of firewood ready in the house including firelighters (for a fee, wood from the forest is not allowed). Through the living room you reach the terrace (partly bordered by an open fence with steel wire) with 2 sun loungers, dining table and chairs. The open kitchen has a beautiful concrete worktop, 4 gas burners, large fridge with freezer, microwave / oven, Nespresso machine (bring your own cups) and Quooker. There is room for 4 people at the dining table.

Via a staircase down (open steps, banister on the wall side) you reach the bedrooms. The staircase can be locked in the living room. In the first bedroom there is a double bed, safe and wardrobe space. Ensuite is the open bathroom with bath, double sink and shower/Turkish bath. From this bedroom you open onto another terrace with 2 sun loungers and a lounge set. There is also a concrete outdoor (sun) bath here (not to be used in case of frost). An external staircase connects both terraces. Second bedroom with twin beds (single mattresses and duvets), closet space and also ensuite bathroom with shower and sink. Separate toilet.

On the lower terrace you will also find the wood-fired hot tub. This is covered and can be used all year round (except for periods of severe frost). Wood for a fee. There is also plenty of storage space with washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron.

The house is not suitable for small children. Children are welcome, but there are no facilities for children in the house.

The house is located in a wooded area so you can experience nature up close. Mother Nature also provides sounds from the forest, insects in or around the house and blades of grass between the tiles.

Next to the Concrete Forest House is the Steel Forest House, a modern house made of cortens steel and next to it the Wooden Forest House. Each house is located on its own plot and is for 4 people. The houses are not part of the Bergvlietvilla's recreation park.

Because of the peace and quiet, the house is not rented to young people

Wi-Fi range in living room and kitchen (not in bedrooms and not fast/good coverage everywhere). Telephone coverage in the house is mediocre.

This location may not be used for parties, photo, film or video recordings or other commercial purposes without consultation. In case of violation, a fine of € 3000 per day will be charged.
