The beautiful shared swimming pool offers a valid alternative to the lake if you are looking for a bit of calm and tranquility. In addition, the private terrace of the apartment directly overlooks the pool!



Within a radius of about 1000 meters you can find all the services you need (supermarket, bars, restaurants, petrol station, pharmacy), and by walking about 400 meters you will be directly on the lakefront.



The accommodation has a living area with a kitchen complete with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker and a sofa bed that can accommodate two people; a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
