A cosy 4 person apartment perfectly located at the foot of the Prarion ski lift and Les Houches ski area in the Chavants area of Les Houches.
Winter or Summer this is a perfect place to either relax or take advantage of all the possible activities around this area at the foot of Mont Blanc.
The lake right outside is a peaceful spot for walking, picnics, summer trout fishing. There is an outside climbing wall, tennis courts and a children's playground all with a short forest walk.
The bus stop to access the rest of the valley is directly outside the private parking area, and there is a small local bakery to get your breakfast croissants or your lunch time baguette.
The cosy apartment is fully equipped with all your towels and bed linen. There is one double bedroom and a fold down bunk bed in the main entrance area. The shower room is also equipped with a washing machine.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the small balcony with table and chairs is a perfect place to sit with morning coffee looking over the lake.
There is a smart TV and WIFI to enable you to log into any of your subscription accounts (Netflix, Prime etc)
