An entire house (with a breathtaking panoramic terrace furnished with an outdoor living room and a small garden at the back equipped with an outdoor table and BBQ), on two floors, new, wonderful and super comfortable, is what you were definitely looking for.

HOUSE RULES
ORDER AND CLEANLINESS
the house must be kept tidy and clean.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
a security deposit by credit card (NOT CASHED) of 300 euros will be required (immediately cancelled after the house has been checked at the end of the stay, and after having verified that nothing is broken, particularly dirty, and that the house is in the condition in which it was delivered).

CLEANING FOR MEDIUM-LONG PERIODS (FROM THE WEEK ONWARDS)
Daily and/or weekly cleaning by staff is NOT provided, but we require respect and excellent maintenance of the state of the house by the tenants.
if weekly cleaning is explicitly requested, the cost is 70 euros.

CHANGE OF TOWELS FOR MEDIUM-LONG PERIODS (FROM THE WEEK ONWARDS)
the houses are equipped (also) with a washing machine to maintain the cleanliness of the towels provided.
if a change is requested, the cost is 10 euros/person/kit (small, large and shower towel).

CHANGE OF LINEN FOR MEDIUM-LONG PERIODS (FROM THE WEEK ONWARDS)
the management of the change of sheets (weekly), for medium and long periods (from the week onwards), is included in the price and is paid by the structure.

EXCLUSIVITY OF THE STAY
the homes of homeliday are located in a context in a private street with an exclusive entrance, closed by an electric barrier for which, upon opening, you will be provided with a remote control.
please note that any loss of the home key and the remote control of the entrance barrier to the residence will incur an additional cost of approximately 150 euros.

USES AND ABUSES
Due to a planet in pain and in favor of a collective contribution to the reduction of useless waste, we ask for the following virtuous behaviors:
- keep the air conditioning no lower than 24 degrees in summer (and no higher than 21.5 in winter)
- turn off the air conditioning when not needed (windows with an upper opening allow for excellent ventilation of the rooms when it is not too hot outside)
- turn off the water in the shower or sink when not in use (we are in a place with a water shortage)
- turn off the lights if not needed
- make sure, when leaving the house, to press the "off" button next to the door to turn off all the lights in the house at once
- run the washing machine and dishwasher at full load

GOOD COEXISTENCE
Caldana is a town where tranquility and peace reign. It is recommended (even while legitimately making noise and enjoying your holiday life) not to overdo it with shouting, screaming and/or inappropriate noises, in full respect of the neighbours, your own privacy and that of others.
