Wingspan, a second-floor apartment, consists of an open-plan living space including a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, and breakfast bar seating, a dining area, and a sitting area with Smart TV with Netflix, Sonos Bluetooth speaker, board games, and books. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with Smart TV and en-suite walk-in shower and king-size, serviced by a bathroom. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a private balcony with furniture and sea views, a shared subtropical gardens, and private designated parking for one car, plus additional public car parking available nearby. Please note that this is a pet-free and smoke-free property. Your stay at Wingspan is sure to be a memorable one. Note: There are stone steps leading down from the communal, off-road parking area to the entrance of the apartment block, please take care.
