Outdoors, guests can enjoy a large, heated infinity pool surrounded by loungers and tall palm trees, along with a covered dining space lit with a starlit-effect ceiling and another more private outdoor dining area. The expansive terrace offers panoramic ocean views, a gas barbecue, and an elegant lounge area. At night, the property is enhanced with modern and chic lighting.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to all areas of the property, including the heated outdoor pool, living and dining areas, kitchen, five en-suite bedrooms, covered outdoor terraces, tropical garden, and private parking.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the exclusive Mont-Jean neighborhood, the villa is close to Marigot Beach and a short drive from shops and restaurants, offering convenience and privacy in a sought-after area of St-Barths.



Getting Around:

Private parking is available on-site. For ease of access to beaches, shops, and dining options, a rental car is recommended.



Other Things to Note:

The heated pool is operational from November 15 to April 30 and maintains water temperatures between 27°C and 30°C depending on external conditions. In rare weather scenarios, lower temperatures may occur.

Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and the living room. Responsible use is required, and misuse may result in deductions from the security deposit.
