Villa Jardín Secreto is a delightful retreat nestled in the sought-after area of Binibeca Vell, just a two-minute stroll from the charming fishing village and within ten minutes’ walk of the golden sands of Binibeca Beach. Surrounded by local tavernas, quaint souvenir shops, and with the town of Sant Lluís only a seven-minute drive away, the villa offers the perfect balance of tranquillity and convenience. For those wishing to explore further, the capital Mahón is easily reached via a regular bus service, while other southern beaches are just a short drive away and the northern coast is accessible within twenty minutes. The airport transfer time is approximately fifteen minutes.



Set on a private plot of 1,050 square metres, the villa's exterior spaces are designed for relaxation and outdoor living. A shaded porch directly off the lounge is furnished with a dining table and comfortable seating, ideal for enjoying meals or a glass of wine in the warm Mediterranean breeze. The private swimming pool, measuring 7 by 3 metres, is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace, and the garden includes an area of artificial lawn framed by native plants. Guests will also find a built-in barbecue and private open-air parking shaded from the sun.



Inside, Villa Jardín Secreto offers a spacious and well-maintained layout all on one level. The open-plan lounge and dining area is comfortable and inviting, connected to a fully equipped kitchen and a separate laundry room. There is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms, and a shared full bathroom. All bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning, and additional fans are available upon request. The property features Wi-Fi, a television, DVD player, washing machine, ironing facilities, and is pet-friendly with prior arrangement.



Included in the rental are air conditioning, internet access, bed linen and towels with a change every 10 days, and final cleaning. Optional extras include a cot or high chair at €50 per booking, a bed guard at €2.15 per night, additional fans at €2 per night, a food welcome pack at €50, pool towels at €2 per night, and maid service at €25 per hour. Pets are welcome for an additional fee of €100 per booking.



A refundable security deposit of €500 is held by credit card and taken with the final balance. Check-in is available from 16:00 to midnight daily, and check-out is required by 10:00. Tourist tax is included in the total rental price.
