Esta es la Casa del Cabo de nuestros sueños, y con suerte la tuya también.

Una casa enorme (3200 pies cuadrados) con mucho espacio (y habitaciones), suficiente para toda la familia y algo más. Muy cerca del sendero para bicicletas. A pie de tiendas y restaurantes locales. Retrocede un poco en el lote, tan tranquilo y pacífico. Cocina recientemente renovada y totalmente equipada. Todos los baños completos reformados.

Cocina: está completamente renovada con gabinetes blancos completamente nuevos, electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable, mucho espacio para gabinetes y despensa, repisa para especias y una barra de desayuno. Cocina totalmente equipada.

Gran sala: habitación amplia y luminosa con mesa de comedor en un extremo; gran sofá seccional y TV al otro

3 Seasons Room: una habitación grande en la parte trasera de la casa que es TODAS las ventanas (12 ventanas protegidas en realidad), para disfrutar de su taza de café por la mañana o una copa de vino durante esas encantadoras noches del Cabo mientras mantiene alejados a los insectos.

Den - habitación grande para relajarse, leer, tirar a los niños. Incluye otro televisor, muchos asientos, libros, rompecabezas y una guitarra, etc.

Patio trasero: incluye una ducha al aire libre, una nueva parrilla de gas Weber Genesis, una pequeña cancha de baloncesto, un tendedero y una hoguera.

Sótano: por ahora, lo único de interés allí es una mesa de ping-ping para su uso.

Big House & Great Location

There was plenty of room in this house for our party of 10 (ages 3-68) to spread out. We had ample sleeping options and plenty of bathrooms/showers. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked (though I would recommend bringing kitchen trash bags and foil/plastic wrap) and the open floor plan kitchen/dining/living area was great for hanging out together. We enjoyed using the grill and fire pit one night, as well. The location of this house is fantastic for visiting both bayside and national seashore beaches. It's also a quick 3 min bike ride to the rail trail and an easy drive to many restaurants/activities. While the interior of the house was in good shape, we wish the exterior landscaping were kept up with a bit better. It would be nice if the backyard were a bit more suitable for the kids to play in and some of the patio furniture could use a bit of a refresh. Overall, this was a great house for us and we would definitely consider staying here again!

Great Family Vacation Spot!

We visit the Cape at the start of every summer, and as our family has grown it's been harder to find a place for all of us to stay. This house was perfect! Plenty of room for all of us to comfortably fit (my kids loved having a "sleep over" with their cousins!), and the house had so many things in it to make our stay welcoming. The location was great as well, really close to the rail trail as well as several popular local food places. Definitely an amazing place if you're looking for somewhere to spend some great time and make some great memories with your family!

New Year’s getaway

Our family and friends, 14 total adults and teens, has a wonderful stay at this property! Plenty of room for everyone, and the separate loft/family room provided a much needed area for the teens. Great location, house is well equipped for meals at home. The owner was very responsive and checked in on us (via text) to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Overall, a great mini-vacation for all of us!

Exceptional Eastham sojourn

The house was perfect for us. We had two adults We needed a first floor bedroom for one couple…and they got it. Most of the rest of the family enjoyed the upstairs bedrooms. I was the organizer of the entire trip, and I chose the loft bedroom which was perfect. We do lots of stuff ……we swim, we bike, we paddleboard, we boogie board we walk we talk, and we do a lot of cooking!

June vacation on the cape

My extended family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was large enough to accommodate our group of 10 while giving everyone enough space to feel comfortable and relaxed. We made a lot of use of the 3 season porch and outdoor patio space and loved being in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to restaurants and beaches. We really appreciated the games and toys at the house that kept our 6 year old entertained! David was very responsive to questions and helped us easily solve some small issues we had during our stay. The yard work and lawn maintenance needs some attention but the inside of the house is beautiful and clean.

We enjoyed the roominess of the house - the ability to have outside spaces and an indoor sun room. Lots of space for kids to play and grownups to gather. Owner was great when we had some issues about cleanliness he responded immediately and remedied the problem.

Great Vacation Home

The house was exactly as advertised. It was clean and homey. It had one of the best stocked kitchens with all utensils, spices and even oils for cooking. The bedrooms were roomy with plenty of closet and drawer space. A great house for a multi-family vacation. We enjoyed the house very much and the owner David responded quickly to any inquiry we made.

Great stay!

The house met all our needs - plenty of space, great cooking kitchen (great pots and pans and supplies!), great hang-out space, fabulous backyard with great fire pit, amazing access to bike path (bike rental store a block away) - NEVER got in our car as we biked from bay to beach to pond. Just amazing!

Spacious house in a great location

David's house was exactly as described. Pros: There was plenty of space for my family, the kitchen had all the essentials, the outdoor area with grill and fire pit were great, the house was clean, and the location is fantastic. The outdoor shower is also great. Cons: This is New England so the stairs creak, the walls are thin, and the pipes can be loud.

Thanksgiving Dinner in Eastham

We have several families who traditionally get together at one of the family's home for Thanksgiving dinner. We all have children who grew up and played together since they were toddlers and all are now adult children. We decided that instead of one family hosting at their home, we will all rent out a large home and spend the weekend there together instead of just having a Thanksgiving dinner. Our stay in this Eastham home was wonderful and the unit was large enough to fit 4 families! Staying on the Cape for the whole weekend and out of the normal summer period was a nice event and our "children" had a blast playing together.

Perfect Cape House for Large Groups

This is our second year renting David's property, and we had yet another great week on the Cape. The house was just the way we enjoyed it last summer, plus some additions such as a basketball hoop out back and an outdoor shower that the group used daily. The A/C units in almost every room helped to cool us down once we got home from the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies to help us make dinner every night, along with the propane grill out back. Location is great as well; National Seashore beaches right down the street. We enjoyed our second summer stay in Eastham, and hope to come back next year again.

What a wonderful stay in this completely renovated house! David is an absolutely charming host, available and very helpful. As soon as we arrived we were in love with this bright place. The layout of the spaces is perfect for large families. We were 8 adults and 4 children and never were cramped. The veranda is a nice place to relax back from the beach ... the terrace will be perfect with outdoor furniture ... maybe it will be done next year 😊 The kitchen is super well equipped; there is everything in large quantities. The bedrooms are well appointed and the beds very comfortable. The bathrooms are nice too. I suggest this: provide sheets, towels, washcloths and other necessities of this kind, also for the kitchen ... at the price paid for the rental, it is a minimum. The beaches are all nearby although you have to take a car to get there. I definitely recommend this house ... it's really a pearl! Thank you for everything David it was a real pleasure to rent your beautiful big house.

Perfect for a family reunion

We were 10 adults and 2 kids with some anxiety about finding a place to stay on the Cape where we all could be together and still feel comfortable. Once we found David's home, however, all the anxiety melted away! The house is perfect for a large group, with spaces both for gathering and for privacy. All of the mattresses were comfortable, the A/C rendered the entire house dry and cool, and the kitchen was perfectly stocked, with sharp knives, plenty of cookware and dishware, and all the spices you could need (a huge plus for avid cooks like us). The house's proximity to the rail trail was also really great, especially for those of us who run or rented bikes. An added bonus was the pile of toys and games in the den, which our kids enjoyed. There isn't much backyard seating, which may be a problem for large groups who like to spend time outside (this wasn't a problem for us, though, since the weather was so hot anyway). And access to the ocean is a bit tough, with the closest beach being (I think) about 1.5 miles away. But in every other way this house is ideal for a large group and we can't recommend it enough! David is extremely communicative and responsive, as well. We had a really positive experience all in all.

Perfect Getaway

Where do I begin? The house was perfect for our group, with places to sleep everywhere. The newly renovated kitchen was great for cooking meals almost every night, with an open concept directly into the dining room and couch/tv area for the entire group to hangout in. Plenty of fridge space, with an additional mini-fridge in the great room for our other beverages. AC units in almost every room made the entire house a cool setting during the extreme heat of July in the Cape. Once the sun set, the backyard was great for having fires at the fire pit, grilling on the new grill, or hanging out in the 3 seasons room (screened in porch). The location was unbeatable - directly off route 6 but tucked away down the road for a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Close to all of the beaches (and we went to Cahoon Hollow in Welfleet, Marconi Beach, and Coast Guard Beach), close to a Cumberland Farms for gas/ice for coolers/snacks for the beach, and close to plenty of other shops for coffee/food. The famous Arnold's restaurant and mini-golf could be walkable for the ambitious, but we decided to make the 3 minute drive a few times for lobster rolls and ice cream. I almost hate to let everyone know about this hidden gem, but I'm more than glad to share our group's experience. David was extremely helpful from the very beginning, timely responses, and even gave me a call prior to check-in to make sure we were all set. We have rented a few different places in the area, but this tops them all. We hope to be back next summer!
