A stylish two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with fabulous harbour views on the third floor. Just 10 minutes walk to Poole Quay where there are numerous great restaurants and bars.
The Space:
The Sanctuary, new for spring 2025, is a stunning two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment situated on the Carter's Quay Development, with a Juliet balcony that welcomes natural light and incredible views. The property is in a prime location, just a short stroll to Hamworthy Beach and Park, and only a 10-minute walk to Poole Quay and Poole Town with its range of restaurants and shops.
Take the stairs to the third floor. The open plan living and dining area boasts a Juliet balcony with incredible harbour views. The property is comprehensively equipped throughout with a fully fitted, self-catering kitchen. The master bedroom, with a 5ft king-size double bed, has stunning harbour views from the floor-to-ceiling window, and a modern ensuite that has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The second bedroom is spacious and homely with a double bed. The large family bathroom has a bath with a shower, sink and toilet.
Parking - One reserved parking space.
Services - Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central Heating. Hairdryer.
Technology - 49" Smart Television in the living room with Sky. 42" Smart Television in the second bedroom. WIFI broadband facility.
Kitchen - Dishwasher, Fan-assisted Oven, Gas Hob, Fridge / Freezer, Microwave, Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer.
Restrictions - No smoking. No Pets.
Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).

The development offers some of the prettiest views of the natural harbour with Poole Yacht Club in the foreground and a wonderful vista across the harbour, to Corfe Castle and the Purbeck Hills beyond. Located close to Cobb`s Quay Marina Hamworthy is a great base both for strolling into Town, and for driving out to explore the wider Dorset region.
