The accommodation is 55 m² and can host up to 4 guests. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed for two. The open-plan design between the kitchen and living room creates an airy feel and leads out to a lovely, fenced wooden terrace with both dining furniture and sun loungers – an ideal place for long breakfasts, evening barbecues and sunny afternoons.

The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster – everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The tiled bathroom includes a shower, toilet, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. Fiber internet, Chromecast, and Smart TV are available.

There is parking for up to three cars on the property. Pets are welcome.

Just 300 meters from the house is a small harbor where you can enjoy a refreshing morning swim before breakfast. For a more traditional beach experience, the family-friendly Låka beach with a sandy shoreline is 1.5 km away.

There are good fishing opportunities in the area, and the nearest grocery store and pizzeria are about 1.5 km away. If you want to explore further, Stenungsund is just a 10-minute drive away and offers shopping, restaurants, and cultural activities.

Tjörn also invites you to enjoy great day trips such as the Nordic Watercolour Museum in Skärhamn, the Pilgrimsleden hiking trail, or a visit to Rönnäng with salty rock bathing spots and boat trips to the islands.



Good to know about this accommodation:



• A deposit of 2000 SEK is mandatory and must be paid on the day of arrival. Refund takes place approx. 1 week after departure if the house has been left in acceptable condition.

* Bed linen 200 SEK per person and towels 50 SEK per person. Payment is made on site to the house owner.

• Final cleaning is not included in the price. Guests must clean before departure, cleaning materials are provided.

• Electricity is included in the rental. Charging of electric cars is not allowed.

• Smoking is prohibited.

• Pets are allowed.

• Youth groups are not accepted and parties are not allowed.
