There is one private bathroom featuring a bathtub and a toilet, additionally there is a shower room featuring a walk-in shower with no toilet —both stocked with fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries.

Located on the second floor of a traditional Edinburgh tenement, the apartment is accessible by stairs only—please note, there is no lift.

Check-in is self-service only, via a secure key safe for added flexibility and privacy.

Parking is pay-and-display and can be limited. A recommended area is near Sciennes Primary School, where parking costs about 6.80 pounds per hour (Monday–Saturday, 8 AM–6 PM).

This central location offers excellent access to many of Edinburgh’s top sights. Take a short walk to Holyrood Park and Arthur’s Seat, ideal for nature lovers and panoramic views of the city.
