Inside, you’ll find an open-plan lounge dining and kitchen area with a Smart TV by a cosy log burner, complimented by a well-equipped handmade kitchen featuring an electric cooker (range), and additional home-from-home appliances. There’s also a utility room housing a fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The master bedroom offers a comfortable super king-size bed, alongside a further king-size bedroom and twin room. The bathroom offers cosy convenience in the way of a shower partnered with a heated towel rail, and a further bathroom boasts a freestanding bath with a shower over.

Outside, enjoy your large lawned enclosed garden with gas BBQ and outdoor seating, ideal for a sunny afternoon. You’ll also have the use of the wood-fired hot tub, which is perfect for soaking in countryside views over the owner’s land and river.

Just 15 minutes from Aberaeron, you’re perfectly placed for coastal adventures and countryside walks. The area surrounding Lampeter and Aberaeron offers a wonderful mix of rural charm, coastal beauty, and cultural interest, ideal for visitors looking to unwind or explore.

The nearby town of Lampeter has two supermarkets for your convenience and a selection of takeaways. There is an independent butchers, bakers, and greengrocer, alongside a health shop with a vegan and vegetarian café and takeaway.

There are also a few independent coffee shops serving local artisan coffees and cakes. Every two weeks a market is held in the grounds of the university selling home made goods and foods.

A short drive away, the picturesque harbour town of Aberaeron awaits with its colourful Georgian houses, boutique shops, and friendly seaside atmosphere.
