The apartment was well located and clean, did find it a little bit difficult to locate as it’s kind of tucked in but the entry was easy. I would say it may not suit anyone with mobility problems with it being upstairs but was fine for the four of us. It was maybe a bit basic in decor and curtains on the windows would’ve been preferred rather than just blinds, the bed in the room next the the sitting room wasn’t the most comfortable mattress, bedding a bit unattractive and the bed was very low, the bed in the other room where my brother and his wife slept was much better and they said very comfortable, one draw back for them was that there was no mirror in their room which can be a draw back when there is only one toilet. The kitchen was well equipped and the welcome pack was quite substantial, all in all it served our purpose as we were mainly out most of the time but I’m not sure I would use it again as I’ve used other accommodation in Lossiemouth that I found much more to my standard of taste, but that’s just a personal preference, there was nothing really terribly wrong with this apartment.

The apartment, location and communication could not have been better. Very clean and well equipped. Off street parking was very secure and lots of available spots. I would highly recommend this property and would book again if available.

The property is in an area we know we'll, close to the golf course, beach and not far from the harbour. The sea is only 200m away through the back gate from th parking and there are views from both the kitchen and main bedroom. Very comfortable, very well equipped, clean and modern. A lovely welcome gift was also left on the table for us - thank you!tea, coffee etc. all in the kitchen as were toilet rolls etc. Just a case of unpacking and settling in!

The apartment had everything we needed for our short stay. The location was perfect for walking to either beach ,super delis, supermarket and takeaways.The host kept us fully informed for arrival and checked in on the day of departure.

Great location, & apartment. One of beds too low & thin mattress. A folder with appliance instructions would have been helpful, & if there was a toilet roll holder on wall. Overall, very comfortable.

Fantastic flat in Lossiemouth

We have just returned from a lovely stay in Lossiemouth. Stuart was on hand to direct us to the flat which was a stones throw from the beach and play park. The flat slept six comfortably, my husband and I and four kids. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to others.

Lovely flat

Lovely stay at a beautiful location , communication with owner fantastic. Good range of kitchen appliances and utensils. Only suggestion would be a coat hook in entrance and small storage unit eg bookcase in living room if staying with children. Would highly recommend. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Family stay

We stayed here as a family of 2 adults and 5 children and it was fantastic. Very clean and good communication. Everything was very easy and smooth from start to finish and we will definitely be returning. It’s a great base with lots of local amenities within reach.

Brilliant location and a lovely first floor flat

This is a lovely relaxing flat, ideal for walks and local shops. The accommodation has sea views and also great views of the aircraft at RAF Lossiemouth. The town itself whilst being small has all the amenities you need. Particularly Queen St which has good shops and every type of take away you would wish and all of a good standard! There is plenty to do and see in and around Lossiemouth. We would definitely recommend this property, the owner is very helpful, and He responded very quickly via text if we had a enquiry. You would definitely have a relaxing and enjoyable stay if you booked this property.

Lossiemouth Apartment

Lovely waking up to sea views and easy access to Moray Coastal Path. Lossiemouth wonderful little town with all amenities and only 10 min drive to Elgin. Apartment well equipped and good location. Never got to meet the owner but communication good via text. Little mix up over arrival as apartment not ready and cleaner still there but wasn’t a huge problem and in Covid times understand things can take longer. Couldn’t find any manuals on how to work electrical goods or heating but muddled through. I would say apartment ok for 4 adults but no more definitely struggle with more due to size guess ok if using lounge for children. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Perfect pad

Clean, spacious, excellent location, great apartment. Everything that was needed for a stay was there, close to a play park (100m) and a little further to the beach. Perfect for kids . Local shops are a few minutes walk for a supermarket and a slightly longer walk to the sea front for some perfect ice creams

Lovely getaway

Really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Couldn't get much closer to the beach than here with lovely views. Apartment was very well kitted out for anything we would need. Lovely welcome basket too. Would definitely stay again

Just what we needed!

Lovely, airy, big, well equipped flat! Easy parking, direct access to beach, 200m from mini supermarket, and takeaways (if needed). Some good cafés for lunch. Walking/coast in the area is stunning, interesting places within 15 minutes drive.. Wild life plentiful. We had great weather too! My partner needed the rest, the space, the timeout, the second bedroom, even for a couple, is well worth it... A chance for "me time".

I have lived in Moray all my life and have lived in Lossiemouth for over 20 years, I went to school in the nearby City of Elgin and love the area so much I have never wanted to leave.

I went to view this property with no intention of buying it but when the estate agent showed me around I was blown away with the spacious lounge and sea views that I just had to have it.

The unique benefits of the apartment is that the beach is on the doorstep,it is a very modern apartment with everything you will need. Off street parking. Local supermarkets, bakers,butchers and take away all within walking distance.
