This beautifully arranged townhouse in the historic heart of Lewes offers a blend of character and modern comfort. With three bedrooms, a full bathroom, an additional WC, and a private patio, this home is ideal for families or groups. The open-plan kitchen and dining area, a stylish living room, and a dedicated workspace create a welcoming space for both relaxation and productivity. Please note that the home is spread across multiple levels, with a steep and narrow staircase leading to the attic bedroom.
Lower Ground Floor
• Private Patio: A charming outdoor space, perfect for fresh air and relaxation.
• Work Area: A small desk, ideal for those needing a quiet spot to work.
• WC: A convenient additional toilet for guests.
Ground Floor (Entrance Level)
• Hallway: Leads directly to the kitchen and dining area, with stairs to access both upper and lower levels.
• Kitchen: A well-equipped, modern space for preparing meals.
• Dining Area: Open-plan with the kitchen, featuring a small step down into the space.
First Floor
• Living Room: A cosy and inviting space, featuring a stylish sofa and additional seating for relaxation.
