• Entrance Hallway – Leads to the staircase and sets the tone for the stylish interiors.
First Floor
• Open-Plan Kitchen & Dining Area – A bright and modern space with high-quality appliances, ample storage, and a dining table perfect for group meals.
• Living Room – A comfortable and inviting space with a large sofa, a TV, and stylish décor, making it an ideal spot to unwind.
Second Floor
• Bedroom 1 (En-Suite) – A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, WC, and sink for added privacy.
• Bedroom 2 – Another double bedroom, designed with comfortable bedding and tasteful décor.
• Bedroom 3 – A cosy double bedroom, offering natural light and a tranquil atmosphere.
• Shared Bathroom – Features a bathtub with shower, WC, and sink, serving bedrooms 2 and 3.

The apartment utilises a self check-in process, after check-in guests will have access to the entire apartment at all times during their stay.

• Paddington Station (0.4 miles, approx. 8-minute walk) – Serving the Elizabeth, Circle, District, Bakerloo, and Hammersmith & City lines, as well as National Rail services.
• Edgware Road Station (0.5 miles, approx. 10-minute walk) – Connecting to the Bakerloo, Circle, District, and Hammersmith & City lines.

We will always provide advanced notice of a viewing tidy, and viewing. Each viewing typically lasts for 10 minutes.
