Enjoy your stay at our cozy, comfortable home! Our house is located in the west of Reading, close to town centre. Take a stroll in Mcllroy Park, 30 acres Nature Reserve just behind the house.
1 FREE Private Parking & plenty of parking on street.
My place is close to Railway Station & Bus Stop. Excellent bus service to get you around Reading.
This is a spacious 4 Bedroom house with a Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room & 1.5 Bathrooms. There is a nice front garden with 1 private parking space (first come, first serve), also lots of FREE parking on street. The back garden is clean and modern with steps taking you to 3 different levels. Morning walk or evening stroll!? Mallory Park is just behind the house, this is 30 acre of Local Nature Reserve.
McIlroy Park is located on a steep hill and features a large species-rich grassland field and a large block of mixed deciduous woodland. There are two ancient sunken paths that pass through the woodland.
This house is perfect for all types of family or business travellers, with everything you might need within walking distance. Guests have full access to the whole house, including the Bedrooms, Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, Bathroom, and Garden.
There is 1 private parking space in the front garden, which is shared 50/50 with my neighbour. You can also park an additional vehicle in front of the house, and there’s plenty of free on-street parking nearby. Please ensure that you DO NOT block any neighbours driveways.
You’ll find everything you need for cooking, showering, or simply relaxing during your stay.
Other things to note
☞**Strictly NO PARTIES & EVENTS. If you are booking to host a party, DO NOT BOOK! We have private security to attend the property 24/7 and you will be removed from the property.**
☞NO Unauthorised Guests. Violation of this rule will result in Fines.
☞NO Drugs/Heavy Alcohol consumption in the house.
