In the peaceful pine forest of Spotorno, just 600 meters from the beaches and the town, in a newly renovated villa. It features a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and a patio where you can relax or have lunch.
Relaxation is also guaranteed in the common areas: the garden with a barbecue and the terrace with lounge chairs, sunbeds, a beach umbrella, and a seating area.
You can safely store your bike indoors, wash it, and plug it in. Parking space included.
The detached villa houses four apartments spread over two floors. The one you’ve chosen is located on the first floor. It features a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a double sofa bed with a pull-out frame and an ergonomic foam mattress, a bedroom with a double bed and a large closet, a bathroom complete with a washing machine, and an outdoor area furnished with a table and chairs.

Our homes in Pineta are the ideal choice for those who care about the environment and comfort, as they are fully eco-sustainable and equipped with state-of-the-art systems. They are powered by a photovoltaic system, equipped with controlled mechanical ventilation featuring antiviral UV lamps, and a hydronic air conditioning system. The house is not located in the village, but in the pine forest. You can reach the village and the beaches on foot—they’re 600 meters away—by walking along the provincial road (which, however, has no sidewalk). On the way back, the road goes uphill.

The garden and the sun deck are common areas; dogs must always be kept on a leash here.
