- PASSPORT will be strictly required before CHECK-IN, non registered guests won´t be allowed in the property
- Late check-out available subject to extra Fee
- CHECK-OUT: Leave the Keys on top of the entrance cabinet. Lost key causes a $120 penalty.
- For stays longer than 30 days electricity, water, or gas is
covered up to a total of 120€ per month . Any excess will be charged to the guests at the end of the stay.
