Sleeping upto 12 guest, this welcoming retreat is a great choice for those looking for a relaxing family holiday in the countryside, with easy access to the coast and numerous attractions.
Situated in a commanding position with views stretching out across open countryside, you will unwind and relax from the minute you arrive at this beautifully furnished, detached property.
The accommodation is truly impressive with space and light throughout. Step in through the front door of this newly built property and head on to first floor to the heart of the home, a delightful open plan lounge kitchen diner with high ceilings and exposed beams. French doors open out onto large decking and enjoys the most spectacular panoramic countryside views – ideal for enjoying the glorious sunshine with alfresco dining and spending time together. This floor also offers master bedroom with juliet balcony and a stylish en-suite bathroom with freestanding bath overlooking the greens. Ground floor offers another four bedrooms; with two ensuite bedrooms, a family bathroom and a utility room.
Outside, on every side you are surrounded by the countryside! You will have a round picnic bench and BBQ. In the warmer months, guests can walk out into the meadow and set up with a picnic, or simply enjoy the constant activity of the native wildlife.
Situated on the the Suffolk Heritage Coast, the village of Snape lies within an area of outstanding natural beauty(AONB), well known as the home of the renowned Aldeburgh Festival, the nearby Maltings regularly host a variety of musical and cultural events throughout the year. Alongside the concert hall there are a variety of shops including Kitchen, home ware, delicatessen, clothing, antiques and furniture together with cafe’s and public house – perfect for sampling some of the local cuisine. Nearby scenic destinations include Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Orford and Southwold.
Sandown offers an ideal base whether you are looking for a flexible holiday home to invite all the family to gather together, or a comfortable base for exploring the Suffolk coastline
