Casa Graziella - red apartment with a view

A recently renovated single-story apartment. Very bright open-concept kitchen and living room. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a spacious shower.
​UNIQUE FEATURES: a breathtaking view. From every window, you can admire the Monferrato hills and the small hilltop villages; with the Alps stretching from Monviso to Monte Rosa in the background.
The space
The apartment is located in a farmhouse typical of the area, which was completely renovated in 2012. Over the past two years, we have completed the interior renovation of the apartments.
Guests also have access to a two-level garden that will be ready in April. The upper level features fruit trees and a bench where you can admire the view or read in peace. The lower, flatter section offers a sunbathing area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as an outdoor dining area with a table, chairs, and a barbecue. Use of these areas is free and unrestricted. For the barbecue, I only ask that you reserve it in advance to avoid scheduling conflicts.
