Explore the great outdoors, while returning to a warm and welcoming indoors.
Scott Cottage is furbished to provide a luxurious home-from-home self catering experience.
Scott Cottage has three bedrooms - two doubles and one single plus two bathrooms. Upstairs consists of two double bedrooms and bathroom, with heritage rolltop bath. Downstairs: the kitchen/living area is a great social space with a wonderful wood burner as its focal point. One single bedroom and new fitted shower room is downstairs enabling flexible use of the cottage.
The cottage commands a great position with views to both sides of the loch and it is just a short stroll down to the Pier Cafe with commanding view across Loch Katrine. Scott cotage sits next to Wattie Cottage and Stronachlachar Lodge, all three properties can be booked for larger parties
If you are looking for somewhere perfect to explore Loch Lomond for either a family get together, reunion or discreet event, The Trossachs and the surrounding area, these holiday cottages are a must to stay.

Stronachlachar is a magical place, it is the birthplace of tourism in Scotland, With sweeping views of Loch Katherine and seeing the Sir Walter Scott steamship sail by every day during the season it is a pleasure to enjoy Wattie Cottage as your home from home. Wattie Cottage, Stronachlachar Lodge and Scott Cottage were my holiday home as a child so it is just a dream come true to now own them and host.

As a child I used to come here for my holiday's and was always i awe of how magical the place was. It is so tranquil and allows you to take in all the nature has to offer as well as being a great home from home. Loch Katherine sweeps to the east in front of you and Loch Lomond is only a few minutes away.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
This is truly your home from home, it is spacious, and features an an amazing lounge with fireplace, four bedrooms and three bathrooms and is only 25m from the loch. It is an ideal base to either explore the rest of Scotland, or to go for local walks or hikes, runs in the trails or for those more adventurous on the mountain trails. In the loch you can paddle board, swim or dip. Within thirty metres there is the renowned Pier Cafe
