Unlike most historic cottages, we offer modern luxury: 3 Bedrooms each with its own private En-Suite bathroom. Enjoy the massive Inglenook log burner, original stone mullions, and exclusive access to our Shared Games Room. Located just 50m from the famous Cheese Shop and The Devonshire Arms, this is the perfect historic base for hikers and families. Sleeps 6.

Ideally positioned in the picturesque village of Hartington, this property solves the biggest problem with historic rentals: `The Bathroom Bottleneck.` We offer the rare luxury of three en-suite bedrooms, ensuring total privacy and no morning queues for the shower.
LIVING & RELAXING The heart of the home is the lounge, dominated by a spectacular 16th-century Inglenook fireplace with a log burner—the ultimate spot to warm up after a winter walk in Dovedale.
Entertainment: Smart TV with streaming apps and high-speed WiFi throughout.
Dining: A dedicated dining area for 6, perfect for family meals using local produce from the village stores.
Kitchen: Fully equipped for self-catering, featuring a Nespresso machine (bring your favourite pods!) and modern appliances.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (3 Bedrooms / 3 Bathrooms) Each bedroom features original exposed beams and stone details, paired with hotel-quality linens for a restful sleep.
