Tarazona is a stunning historic town with Mudejar architecture, cobbled streets, and a beautiful old quarter. The apartment is well-located within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and main sights like the Cathedral of Tarazona, the Episcopal Palace, and the Plaza de Toros Vieja. It's a peaceful area but still central, perfect for exploring both the local culture and nearby natural parks.

The apartment is easily accessible by car and public transportation. Tarazona is about 1 hour from Zaragoza by road, and is well-connected for day trips to the Moncayo Natural Park, Soria, or Pamplona. You’ll find public parking areas nearby, as well as grocery stores, bakeries, and cafés just a short walk away.

The property has a maximum capacity for up to 4 people.

The distribution of the beds is as follows:
-Bedroom with double bed of 150 cm
-Opening sofa bed with 1 extra bed.

No air conditioning but gas heating (not to exceed 22 degrees Celsius)

The accommodation is equipped with:

Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
