The 220m² house has a modern and sophisticated open-concept design that prioritizes natural light with large windows and integrated spaces.

It was built on a plot of land measuring over 640m², and has 4 bedrooms, including 1 master suite with a Queen Size bed, a freestanding (immersion) bathtub for 2 people integrated into the room and a shower stall with two showerheads, 2 suites (one with a crib) and 1 semi-suite. All rooms have air conditioning, Gazin beds and mattresses, and hotel-standard bed linens and towels (Zelo and Buddemeyer). Open-concept living and dining rooms are fully integrated with the house's exterior through a large glass door, which provides access to the barbecue area, a wooden pergola with a swing, and a swimming pool with a spa/hot tub for 9 people, all surrounded by a wooden deck and an extensive lawn area. The living and dining room has a 48,000 BTU cassette-type central air conditioning unit (ceiling).
