An excellent unspoiled part of Cyprus. Great value for money. Immaculately clean. Relaxed location. Friendly and fun Café bar across the road. Make sure you bring plenty of mosquito repellent. The Gardner needs to work a little bit harder and it would be absolutely perfect if there was better access to the beach.

Such a lovely villa. We had a fabulous stay for three nights and had a wonderful time. A lovely welcome pack awaited us on arrival and we settled in and enjoyed the fresh air, amazing view and cosy home. Helpful owners and cleaner and a wonderful three days. Thanks for the stay!

There really is nothing else you would want, sea breeze great sunsets. Interior and exterior exceptioal, private. Full kitchen equipment plus , a truely wonderful stay. Great communication with host. Stayed in lots of villas but this is beautiful

Relaxing holidays

We spent 2 weeks in the villa and enjoyed it very much. The house is well equipped and has a very nice sun-terrace with infinity-pool and wonderful sunsets. Maria & Irene were helpful and answered within a short time.

Restful paradise by the sea

Beautiful villa, pool just so relaxing. Lovely walks at your door. Everything you need to get away from it all. Irene, the house manager made us a wonderful meal and stocked the fridge with some essentials. We definitely hope to return soon.

Peaceful break by the ocean

To completely disconnect from the world, this villa is perfect for it. The sound of the waves and the view was exactly what we were after. For colder weather defo recommend the heated pool option, like entering into a warm bath :)

Outstanding vacation!

We have stayed at this villa for the second time. Again, our stay was just perfect. The villa is beautiful, the sunsets from the terrace are stunning and the ocean beneath the villa is great for swimming! I even got to see a turtle twice while snorkeling in the little lagoon.. Irene, the housekeeper makes you feel right at home and the communication with Maria, the owner is always perfect. Try all the little Tavernas in and around Polis, especially "Paradise Place" just across the street. Great local food!

Villa Paradiso

We loved every minute of our stay here! The Villa is exactly how it seems, incredible views, gorgeous pool & a very comfortable, clean house. The landscape around is beautiful - we were there at Easter & the flora & fauna in the surrounding hills were stunning. Sweet little supermarket in Pomos. Eat at Elenis, a kind of shack like restaurant just past Pomos on the right or drive up into the hills to Mylos restaurant. Lovely walks around Mylos too. Aphrodite’s walk in the Akamas National Park is wonderful, incredible views. Thoroughly recommend the whole thing.

Beautiful Villa

Had a very relaxing holiday in this fabulous villa - loved the pool and the amazing views over the sea. The villa has everything you need and a very generous welcome pack was much appreciated. Comfortable bed and quality bed linens and towels. Villa is in a quiet location and has privacy which made our holiday the restful time we needed. Pool area has very comfortable sun loungers and towels to fit! Loved having breakfast on the terrace by the pool listening to the sound of the sea. Great to sit here to watch the most amazing sunsets every evening. Great communication from the owner - always quick to respond and really appreciated a late check out as no guests were due to arrive until the next day. Thank you so much - we will return!!

Amazing views

Property has amazing views, location is a bit out the way and definitely recommend hiring a car nearest bar/restaurant was 15 mins drive shop was also the same, this would of been impossible to walk with 2 young children and 2 senior family members with the bendy roads and lack of foot path, ( there is a bar over the road but think it was shut for the winter).Gutted we couldn’t use the pool as it was to cold (we didn’t see in description it didn’t get heated from dec- feb)Property itself was clean but in need of a bit of tlc (flaking paint along the bottom of the walls in 2 of the bedrooms) a mouldy/damp smell in downstairs bedroom.Private beach was impossible to get to without being attacked by over grown shrubs/bushes. But over all it was a nice place we would go back again.

A first class villa in a spectatular location

This was our 5th visit to Cyprus and our 4th in the Akamas peninsula. We have stayed in villas thoughtout both through travel agents and direct with a greek rental agency. Villa Paradisso was the best villa we have stayed in so far. It met all our requirements in that it was private, had spectacular sea views, was clean and tidy and was well equipt. The standard of the decoration and furniture was very high and the beds comfortable. Our age's ranged from 80 years old to 11years old and it was suitable for all. The photographs are a true reflection on the look of the villa but the photographs do not let you breath the beautiful sea air and enjoy the most amazing sunsets. It is a villa well work the extra Euro's. We hope we will be lucky enough to be able to stay again.

A terrible time

It’s a disgrace, and not fit for purpose. Dirty, worn out, lacking basic items ie only two wine glasses, rough and worn towels, place full of ants, and next to a very loud bar playing music till early hours in the morning, so bad we left early only stayed two nights, awaiting a refund, don’t book don’t stay

Amazing views and fantastic villa

The location of this place is amazing with its cliff top views - you never get bored looking at the sea and spectacular sunsets . We enjoyed the lounge area with comfy seating and panoramic views out . There was an excellent patio area with padded sun loungers, always in the sun . We had a heated pool which was worth every penny at this time of year ( April ) it was a shame the loft room had no blinds otherwise we may have used it for another bedroom , but the other 3 were wonderfully equipped ( although we would have preferred duvet covers rather than sheets around the duvets . Everybody loved the jacuzzi bath and view from the bathroom . We've been coming to Pafos for some years but this area is lovely and unspoilt - what a delight to go to latchi we had a great meal there in yiangoes and peters and Santa Barbara for the easy access beach we did attempt the private beach , but even by the road it wasn't that easy to access . We used the big supermarket in polis and the small one here in pomos which is helpfully open every day till 9-30 . Our teenagers were impressed with the strong wifi and Netflix too ! We are sorry to be going home and will miss the view!!

In die Jahre gekommene, renovierungsbedürftige Immobilie

Zugewachsener Eingangsbereich eines ungepflegten Grundstücks. Vogelkot auf dem Terrassenbereich, Plastikmüll im Garten. Wäscheständer defekt, Außentüren undicht, sodass das Ungeziefer freien Zugang zur Immobilie hat. Im Inneren muffiger Geruch in sämtlichen Schubladen und Schränken. Wein, Brot, Milch und Eier waren freundlicherweise vorhanden. Vorherige Grundreinigung und Entfernung der Spinnweben in den Schränken wäre nett gewesen. Abbröckelnder Putz an den Wänden, verdreckte Badvorleger und Schuhabruck auf frisch bezogenem Bett. Ein Bad ohne Warmwasser. Totaler Stromausfall nach Benutzung des Toasters. Sicherungskasten war nicht auffindbar. Jedoch schnelle Reaktion seitens der Vermieterin. Freundlicher Techniker. Unakzeptabel für diesen Preis!

Ein Ort der Sinne ;-)

Sehr stilvolle und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Location mit angenehmer Betreuung. Eine sehr ruhig gelegene Wohlfühloase mit direktem Blick auf das Meer. Sauberer und auf Wunsch (Nebensaison) beheizter Pool gegen Aufpreis. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Très bonnes vacances , du repos et des visites qui nous ont permis la découverte de cette belle ile chargée d'histoire . Un seul regret , ne pas avoir pu nous rendre dans la partie turque au nord de l'ile ( assurance du véhicule de location non valable ) .

A consommer sans moderation !

La villa est tout simplement splendide avec tout le confort que l'on peut espérer, et une piscine débordante avec vue sur mer qui se finalise par de magnifiques couchés de soleil. En apparence un peu isolée, dans la réalité la villa est à proximité de tout, pour ceux qui ont un vehicule pour se déplacer, avec notamment de superbes restaurants les pieds dans l'eau (Santa Barbara tiptop pour n'en citer qu'un). Chypre est une merveille de nature, de culture, de gentillesse et de sérénité. A consommer sans modération donc !

Wunderschöne Lage in grossem Ferienhaus

Wir hatten wunderbare Ferien in der Villa Paradiso in Pomos. Die Lage ist einmalig, das Haus ein klein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber es hat alles was man braucht. Die Gastgeber waren super nett und sehr hilfsbereit.

Super Lage!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem Haus. Die Kommunikation mit Maria und Irene hat bestens geklappt. Allerdings ist es Ende Oktober schon so kühl, dass wir die Poolheizung brauchten. Diese wurde zwar eingeschaltet, allerdings waren wir doch sehr überrascht, dass dafür nochmal eine stattliche Zusatzgebühr erhoben wird. Ich hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass das vorher klar ist. Außerdem war die Poolheizung nach 2 Tagen wieder aus, Irene kam extra und sagte nach Telefonat mit dem zuständigen Handwerker, das sei normal, die Heizung würde von alleine wieder anspringen. Tat sie natürlich nicht, sodass die Poolheizung eigentlich jeden Tag Thema war. Das ist natürlich alles kein Drama, aber die Unterkunft ist nicht gerade günstig, die zusätzlichen Heizkosten kamen nochmal ober drauf, und da hätten wir und schon gewünscht, dass das dann alles reibungslos läuft (oder nicht nochmal 200€ extra kostet!). Nichtsdestotrotz: ein wunderschön gelegenes Haus mit allem, was man braucht! Leider gibt es bei der Taverne gegenüber keine Speisen mehr, sondern nur noch Getränke, sodass man doch fahren muss, wenn man nicht selber kochen will... :-)
