We are thrilled to have you stay at this charming waterfront apartment, where you can wake up to the stunning views of St. Paul’s Island every day!

The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station.

For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.

1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.

2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.

3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

6. What is included in the apartment.

- Shower gel
- Plate liquid soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

8. NO PETS ALLOWED.

9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.

10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.

Aspectos positivos: Limpieza, instalaciones y estado del alojamiento y comunicación
Mycket rent, trevlig lägenhet med mycket fin utsikt. Det som drar ner betyget är bl.a köksutrustningen. Bestick av billig kvalite och bara 4 av varje. Skedar av mellanstorlek som möjligen lämpade sig för att äta joghurt med. Inga mat- eller kaffeskedar. 3 vinglas och 3 glas av olika storlek o design. Två av gasspisens plattor gick ej att reglera, det enda läget på dessa var max. Kranen till handfatet i badrummet satt löst så att man var tvungen att hålla i kranen med en hand och reglera vattnet med den andra handen. Kranen i köket gav varmvatten om man vred vattenspaken åt vänster och i badrummet var det tvärtom. Duschmunstyckets hållare i badrummet felmonterat. Istället för fäst uppe på väggen satt den monterad upp och ned nere på väggen nere vid badkarskanten och gick därför inte att använa, inte ens att hänga upp duschmunstycket på efter att man duschat färdigt. Inget duschdrapperi vid badkaret och ingen golvbrunn i badrummet, vilnet medförde att man var tvungen att torka golvet efter att man duschat med en handduk. Det fanns ett mindre duschrum i anslutning till det andra sovrummet men där fanns ingen tvål eller schampo. I badrummet fanns dock en halvfull flaska (typ diskmedelsflaska) med duschtvål av billigaste sorten vi fick dela på mellan badrummet och duschrummet. Balkongen mycket smal men lång. Det fick plats stolar men satt någon på en stol gick det ej att passera då balkongen var smal, cirka 60 cm djup. Balkongbordet hade två av benen trasiga då skruvar saknades.
