Bright penthouse apartment on the 4th floor with a huge balcony and with no elevator. Suitable for family, frients etc... can accommodate up to 6 people.

A convenient apartment furnished with all the necessary equipment. It consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 1 living room with kitchenette and a small bathroom. In the living room there are sofas that can become beds for the other guests. The kitchen is provided with all the necessary amenities so you can cook. It also has refrigerator, electrical kettle and oven.
It has 2 air conditioners for heating/cooling, water heater for hot water, LCD TV, Wifi (up to 10 mphs) and washing machine.

Additional amenities: microwave, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, clotheslines on the small balcony, floor fan in the second room for the summer months, blankets for the winter months and toilet paper (only 2 rolls are provided for the first few days).


Area - Neighborhood
The apartment is located near Constantine Karamanlis Avenue and is a quiet neighborhood. At Park Kaoudi it has a cafeteria, tavern and a gyradiko(our local junkfood). The Waterfront of Thessalonik is 1 km from the apartment and the city-centre 4.5 km. The airport is 12 km away. We have free parking but you'll need to look around in the area.

Transportation
It has at close range buses and Metro. On Konstantinos Karamanlis Avenue (old Egnatia Odos) buses 31 and 2K pass by. As for the Metro, the closest stop is "25th of March" and it is about 10 minutes away.

Additional Information
- Check-in is done without the presence of the host, there is a security box at the main entrance of the building. Additional instructions are made after booking.
- Parties are prohibited.
- Please maintain quiet hours from 14.30 to 17.30 and 23.00 to 7.00.
- Check-in is at 16.00 and after... can be done at midnight.
- Check-out is until 12.00.
