Barn has central heating and a log burner. Smart TVwith Prime and Netflix. Twin bedroom has DVD player. Fibre Broadband throughout property. Bathroom with bath tub and shower. Secure outdoor rear garden with outdoor table and chairs and garden seating area with fire pit and wood fired hot tub. Hot tub overlooking open fields , hills and mountains with amazing sunsets and clear night skies.
Concrete Busch beck charcoal barbeque. Lockable outdoor shed for up to four bikes. Off street parking for 2 vehicles, 3rd vehicle, jet ski, trailers etc upon request. Dog x2 friendly property at £20 per dog extra cost.
Close to Aberdaron, Llanbedrog, Pwllheli, Yr Wyddfa(Snowdonia) Eryri.Portmeirion.Porthdinllaen. Nefyn. Morfa Nefyn. Beddgelert. Close to zip worlds in Llechwedd and Betws y Coed. Forty minutes to bridge crossing to Anglesey.
Private rear enclosed garden . A place to chill and relax and enjoy the beauty of North Wales. Numerous local shops and supermarkets available locally, including farm shops. Also availability of home deliveries via Waitrose, Asda, Morrisons and Tescos.
Cleaning fee/ deposit of £200 will be returned via bank transfer within 14 days of departure if the property is left in a satisfactory condition.

No large parties. We respectfully request that our dwelling is not used for stag/ hen parties or other large celebrations. Our aim is to maintain a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for everyone. Registered guests only for the safety and comfort for all. We ask that only the 6 individuals who have made or are included in the booking be present on the property. Any additional guests beyond the confirmed party are not permitted. Due to insurances and fire regulations.
We appreciate your understanding and co-operation. Should you have any questions or require further clarification please do not hesitate to reach out.
