A newly renovated luxury loft apartment within a unique historical building.
Situated in a highly sought after area within the heart of the picturesque seaside resort of Penarth.
Penarth pier and seafront is just a 9 minute walk accessed via the beautifully manicured gardens of Alexandra Park.
Just a short stroll to Penarth train station will take you into Cardiff City centre in just 12 minutes or taxi / driving will take a similar time being approximately 3.5 miles to The Principality Stadium and other entertainment venues.
Fall in love with the original features of the loft. With the reinstated original beams the mezzanine also features solid black walnut handrails with glass balustrade.
The main bedroom covers the vast mezzanine level encompassing a king size bed, desk / dressing table and large storage for clothes / bags etc. The velux windows on the mezzanine offer partial sea views and also overlook the library's historical clock tower.
A shower room is situated downstairs.
Bedroom 2 is a stunning double bedroom with full height vaulted ceiling and exposed beams. 2 windows allow light into this serene space, a wardrobe and an ensuite shower room make this a perfect private haven.
