The space
Converted into a private residence in 1947, the building retains its grandeur and historic soul — with high ceilings, elegant architraves, and original French windows.

The Apartment – Second Floor with Balcony & Mountain Views
Nestled on the second floor (please note, no elevator due to the building’s heritage), this spacious apartment welcomes you into a wide, elegant hallway with console table, lamp, and mirror — setting the tone for a graceful stay.

To the left, a generously proportioned kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, full-size oven, under-counter fridge, dishwasher, and ample cupboard space.
