Situated on the top (5th) floor of a charming building, this studio offers a tranquil haven while being conveniently close to Kifissias Avenue. The Megaro Moussikis Metro Station is a short 7-minute stroll.
The space was thoughtfully renovated in an elegant style. Ideal for one or two guests, the studio offers every amenity to ensure a more than comfortable stay. The focal point of the living space is a generous 22 m2 balcony, providing an inviting outdoor retreat with a cozy sitting area.
The main living area is artfully divided to accommodate various needs. The sleeping area features a double bed and an inviting armchair, while the functional dining or working space consists of a table for two, which can also seat four if pulled out.
The kitchen nook, in a playful blue color, is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils and tableware, as well as a refrigerator, ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven with grill and a built-in washing machine.
During the summer, the spacious balcony, a comfortable verdant spot with an overhead awning and a round dinner table seating four, is perfect for relaxing away from the heat.
