Beautiful Place! Quiet and Relaxing

We enjoyed our stay at beautiful Bayview! The views are simply spectacular and Joel and Kathy were exceptionally gracious hosts. All the comforts of home and more. We are so grateful to have found this wonderful place to stay when visiting our son. We look forward to our next visit!

Perfect vacation!

Could not have been a more perfect vacation! The owners were amazing, so accommodating and helpful. The cabin was immaculate, and the lake view was beautiful and so quiet and relaxing. The pool was wonderful too. The location was great, and everything was close by. We really look forward to returning soon and wish to thank Joel and his wife so much for a wonderful time and great memories.

BEAUTIFUL!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bayview! The accomodations were 2nd to none, we have never stayed in such a well appointed rental. The Reets were very welcoming, we enjoyed our brief interactions. If we find ourselved back in the area, this will certainly be our first choice for lodging! The lake is gorgeous & relaxing, the unit is very nicely decorated & had everything we needed. The area is fun to discover too!

Heaven on Earth

We spent a week at Bayview and it was a delightful experience. The most peaceful and serene vacation we have had anywhere. Fully appointed apartment overlooking this peaceful scene. We loved the hot tub in the evenings. Only draw back for us in our mid 60's was the hike up the stairs. We would highly recommend this idyllic spot. Sean and Bonnie Kane July 2018

The pictures do not do it justice!

Perfect getaway all by myself! I was completely blocked off from seeing the neighbors which is exactly what I wanted. It was so quiet and peaceful with an amazing view! The inside is straight out of a magazine! I didn't leave for the three days that I was there and I had everything that I needed.

A Quiet Oasis

This was wonderful place to rest and relax in the peacefulness of the country, yet only a few miles away from the city. The evening view is spectacular!

Peaceful retreat

Peaceful lakeside property with very nice accommodations and amenities. Hosts did a great job and very cordial. We commuted to Peachtree City and not a bad drive at all. If you like sitting on your porch and drinking coffee looking out over the lake…..this is a good spot for it.

Beautiful Retreat

Relaxing and comfortable stay!

We had a wonderful stay! We were in town for several events in Atlanta, and while this location was a bit of a drive from the city, it was well worth it! We felt very at home and slept as well as when we are home (which is rare for vacations). The pool and hot tub were perfect and the view was beautiful! The owners were very helpful and informative.

Absolutely Beautiful View!

My stay was very nice overall, I was expecting a little more privacy from the owners next door. They were very nice, but were very inquisitive as well. It was a little unexpected when they both came out to the hot tub on separate occassions where my companion & I were trying to relax, and asked if we needed anything. It was 11:00 at night. LOL!! At any rate, I enjoyed the hot tub the first night and didn't revisit. I guess I'm more accustomed to having my privacy when renting a property. Overall tho great views of the lake made it worth it. Also there seemed to be a knocking sound at night that my companion & I both heard every night of our 2 night stay. I'm not sure what it was, but by the second night, it was obvious it wasn't going away. It kept me awake for much of my stay at night. It sounded as if something was hitting against something, though we thought we heard it during the day as well. But it was definitely more profound at night. Overall, the space was impeccably clean and very comfortable. I would recommend this property if you don't mind a little less privacy and if they can figure out where the bumps in the night were coming from. The view of the lake is OUTSTANDING! :-)

Great Place to Relax

My husband and I stayed at Bayview for a couple of nights to get away and unwind. Everything we needed was available and it was a very cute little apartment in a beautiful setting. We had some issues with our reservation due to a double-booking error and Joel worked with us to make sure everything was straightened out and was overall very helpful and accommodating. Definitely recommend!

Our quarantine get away!

We were looking for a specific property for quarantine where kids could get outside and use a pool. This property was so beautifully landscaped and everything you could want/need was there down to the coffee, creamer, etc. You literally do not have to bring those extras you always worry about taking with you on vacation. The apartment is the cutest decor you've ever seen and the hosts were very thoughtful of your stay and what you need. We had a great time swimming, caught 5 little fish in the lake and it was beautiful scenery to just sit and look at each day. Great escape close to the city. Would love to go back!

Little piece of paradise

Securing the property was seamless, all online. Owners were present upon arrival to show us all the amenities. Property is immaculate, breathtaking and private. As promised, sunsets are beautiful. I would definitely recommend this little piece of paradise and would definitely stay again...wish I lived there!!

EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!

We loved this place! Came in for a high school graduation and found this place online. Loved that it was located in a quiet area and the pool and lake is right outside the door. Sunrise and sunsets were amazing. So many amenities were included like life jackets, beach towels, pool floats, a paddle boat, fishing gear, all kitchen and bath needs etc. The pool area is amazing with plenty of beautiful padded lounge chairs and benches. The pool is shared (with another rental, I think) but they were respectful. Lush and quality bedding, bathroom and kitchen appliances provided. You can tell the owners put a lot of Love and Care into providing their guests the ultimate get away.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed the stay! The Bayview was just what we were looking for. Our 2 small boys loved the convenience of the pool, hot tub and lake all within a few feet of our door. The owners were very sweet and accommodating. It's the perfect stay for a quiet getaway. The unit is just the right size - not too big and not too small. All the furnishings were very nice. Would highly recommend over the long drive to the beach with small children.
