The elegant Villa Ehrenburg, home to the modern Apartment Julia, is located in a quiet yet central area of Merano, just a short walk from the charming old town.
The popular Passirio Promenade can be reached within a few minutes on foot. Especially convenient: a supermarket is discreetly located at the back of the building on the ground floor – highly appreciated by our guests.
Another advantage: You will receive the GuestPass, which allows you to use public transportation free of charge. A bus stops directly opposite the building.
The entire residential complex offers a well-maintained and peaceful atmosphere.
The holiday apartment is centrally located in Merano and features one bedroom for two adults, a spacious living kitchen with a large sofa, a quiet balcony, and a private garage.
The apartment is located in the well-maintained Villa Ehrenburg and has been furnished to a high and modern standard. Shops and restaurants are just a few steps away.
The accommodation consists of a bright living kitchen and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom – both rooms are filled with natural light and stylishly designed.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday in South Tyrol: stove, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, cooking utensils, dishes, and cutlery.
The location of the apartment is particularly noteworthy: the historic old town of Merano and the popular Passirio promenade are just a few minutes’ walk away.
The apartment is on the second floor and can be reached comfortably via elevator or stairs.
Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels are provided free of charge.
Service Hours: Night service is not guaranteed between 7:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Late Check-Out: Late check-out is permitted only with prior written confirmation from MUSE.office. Absent such confirmation, a full day's rate will be charged.
Same-Day Bookings: For reservations made on the same day as arrival, check-in is allowed only from 5:00 PM onwards.
Pets: Not all properties permit pets. Guests must notify MUSE.holiday via a separate email of their intention to bring pets. Where allowed, a fee of €15.00 per pet per night applies.
Crib, High Chair, and Bed Guard: These items are available upon request for an additional fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In After 7:00 PM: Late check-in is available only if communicated by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival and is contingent upon presentation of required documentation and payment of the tourist tax and any extras via credit card.
Heating and Air Conditioning Usage (If available): Heating is operational from October to April but will not be activated if external temperatures exceed 15°C or internal temperatures reach or exceed 21°C. Air conditioning is operational from June to September but will not be activated if external temperatures fall below 25°C or internal temperatures reach or fall below 23°C.
Electric Vehicle Charging: Charging electric vehicles or other storage devices is prohibited unless explicitly permitted in the property listing. Where allowed, prior confirmation from MUSE.holiday is required, and additional fees may apply.
Utility Waste Charges: Unnecessary consumption of utilities, such as leaving lights on in unoccupied spaces or operating heating with windows open, will incur additional charges.
Ventilation Requirement: Guests are required to ventilate the apartment twice daily (morning and evening) for a minimum of five minutes each time to prevent moisture buildup and mold formation. Failure to comply will result in charges for remediation if mold is detected upon departure.
Wi-Fi Service: Due to the property's geographical location, Wi-Fi services may be intermittent or slow, and uninterrupted connectivity cannot be guaranteed.
Consumables: The property is not supplied with consumables such as spices, shampoo, or soap. Any such items present are part of a welcome kit and will not be replenished during the stay.
Payments at Check-In: Guests are required to pay the tourist tax and provide pre-authorization of a €500 security deposit via credit card at check-in.
