Lake Waterfront Paz y Tranquilidad

Todo el año casa con 100 'frente al mar y 24' muelle en lote boscoso en el lago Ivanhoe. Escucha los loons y disfruta de la vida salvaje. Gran lago de pesca. Relájese desde la cubierta, el muelle, la balsa o la playa de arena para niños, sin cita previa. Plan de piso abierto con ventanas que dan al lago, pero están rodeados de árboles para la privacidad natural, y la exposición al suroeste perfecto. Nueva lavavajillas, nueva cocina de gas y nevera nueva. Nueva cubierta wrap-around. Nuevos pisos de madera noble, chimenea en funcionamiento y ventiladores de techo en el dormitorio grande y la sala principal. Habitación king y dos literas dobles arriba. El resto del nivel inferior tiene un tercer dormitorio con cama king y una gran sala de televisión con dos sofás y medio baño, y salida al lago. Parrilla de gas, pozo de fuego con 6 sillas y WIFI gratuito. La ciudad con restaurantes acogedores y un supermercado completo está a 8 km, North Conway y White Mountains están a 45 minutos. ¡Disfruta de la naturaleza y del ritmo más lento desde un hogar cómodo!

He hecho todo lo posible para hacer que la casa sea cómoda y fácil de usar, pero fue construida en 1970 para ser una casa de verano en un lago. La casa solo tiene algunas peculiaridades que se esperan, como ventanas pegajosas. Dicho esto, los huéspedes han compartido conmigo muchas críticas positivas.

NOTA: las cámaras se usan en el camino de entrada y dentro de la sala de servicios públicos por seguridad y en caso de problemas mecánicos, pero no hay cámaras en el área de la sala de estar o en la playa.

Wonderful week

We had a wonderful week at the lake! We most especially loved all the outdoor water activities, simply jumping off the dock, canoeing, and fishing. You can tell the owner is working hard to clean up the property and we appreciated the privacy and lake access. The fire pit and outdoor lighting were also great! Christians communication was outstanding and I’d highly recommend renting from him!

Lake Side Fun!

We spent a week up at the cabin and it was perfect! Location was great!! Loved being right on the lake. The wrap around porch looking out to the lake and down to the fire pit (where we spent most of our time) was awesome! Owner was friendly and cabin was kept quite tidy. Can’t wait to go back!!

Perfect week

We had an amazing week. The property had everything we needed, and we spent most of the time using the provided kayaks and rowboat, swimming off the dock, and sitting by the fire. As others have said, the property feels very private of the surrounding trees, and was a great getaway spot.

Perfect February Vacation spot with kids and a dog

I was a bit last minute looking for a place we could go and enjoy some winter activities as a family. So I was happy to find Christian's place which looked perfect. It's always hard to find a good place with two little kids and a dog but this was it. We drove 35 mins to King Pine Ski Area and had a great time snowboarding with the kids for the 1st time. We did a little hike on Goat Hill Trail. The house was great because the kids loved the downstairs large tv and couches. We enjoyed the view of the frozen lake and loved eating at the eat-in kitchen table. Overall was great and recommended in the winter but would love to come back and check it out in the summer next time!

Great relaxing getaway

We had a great relaxing week. Our kids loved the private sandy beach, the dock, getting on the kayaks and going around the lake, then making a fire at night. The place feels very private, surrounded by a lot of trees even though there are houses close by, a perfect escape from the city life. The house has plenty of space, when the kids would get too crazy we would just send them downstairs while we cooked in peace upstairs. We brought a lot of food with us, but also had no trouble restocking at the seven lakes provisions store down the street. We went to Wolfeboro one day and along the way discovered Bly Farm which has delicious ice cream and great farm veggies. We also saw a number of farm stands in the area. Thank you and we hope to be back again.

Peaceful Getaway

We had such a great experience. Access to the house was so easy and when we pulled up the lights outside made it so welcoming. We enjoyed kayaking, canoeing and jumping off the dock. It even was cooler at night so we could do a fire in the fireplace and lookout at the water, it was so peaceful and relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed for all meals and the beds were so comfy. Christian was so easy to communicate with and so responsive with any question we had. We had our 5 year old daughter and dog with us and both had the best time! We will definitely be going back!!

Beautiful little getaway

This trip was exactly what we needed before the kids start getting back to school. This place had everything we needed and more , we caught fish on the dock kayaked swam had relaxing nights by the fire . We definitely are booking for next summer . Such a beautiful place and Chris was very helpful and also got back fast with questions we had .

Wonderful getaway!

The lake house was perfect for our family. It is a beautiful setting on a clean, small lake with loons! It is a quite and remote area. The home is very well-equipped. Our host, Chris was excellent. He was very responsive.

Wonderful

My family (ranging in ages from 10-75) had the privilege of renting this house on Lake Ivanhoe. From the start, the owner’s communication was exceptional; thorough, accommodating, and kind. The house and yard were clean and inviting. Outside, new plants lined the walkways and updates to the landscaping were noticed. The house is on a quiet end of the lake where we enjoyed fishing, kayaking, sunbathing and swimming. Many BIG bass were caught throughout the week. The kids (and adults) enjoyed the gradual, sandy beach as well as jumping off the raft and dock. At night, the trees were lined with white lights creating a “fairy like” atmosphere. It was so beautiful! We were able to sit fireside on the patio in the evenings. Although we didn’t spend a lot of time inside, the house had everything we needed (and more). The two king sized beds were more comfortable than my bed at home. We will definitely book here again soon!

Lovely winter getaway!

We visited Christian's property over new years' and found it to be a terrific, relaxing place to unwind. The views of the frozen lake are beautiful and the house is warm, welcoming and comfortable. We'll definitely be back!

Quiet Escape

My husband and my two adult children and I had a very relaxing experience here at the lake. We traveled to Mt. Washington and Portland very easily from this location. The kitchen accommodated our hearty Thanksgiving meal and the dogs enjoyed a few walks around the lake neighborhood. We were all very comfortable each night by the fire watching our favorite Netflix shows. This cabin is a great find, small on the first level but huge downstairs with plenty of space on the deck or near the fire pit for outdoor hanging. Chris, the host is readily available and responsive if needed. This was the perfect find for our family escape.

Super clean lakeside gem

This house has everything you need for a weekend getaway. Christian was WONDERFUL. Quick to respond to questions and over communicative about the house. He also went above and beyond to return a stuffed animal that my son left at the house. My family, including our dog, had a great weekend getaway. Highlights included a well built fire pit, gas grill and floating dock perfect for sitting and drinking coffee. The lake is quiet and peaceful. The house was also really well equipped with TVs/internet, which our kids appreciated. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to get away and we look forward to returning.

COVID supplement vacation

Quaint, peaceful, just what we needed. Christian is a great host - very responsive and kind. We used the grill a lot, and the kitchen was well acquainted with what we needed. There was plenty of space for 6 of us and our daughter's dog. We recommend laying on the dock at night and looking at the stars. It's so peaceful and beautiful.

Just what we needed!

We loved staying at Chris' property. Waking up every morning and being able to have coffee on the dock or the deck was lovely. My kids and our dog were in the water or on the water in a boat most of the time. The house also provided enough space for all of us to be together or take time for ourselves. We also found and enjoyed a nearby hike up Goat Hill and had delicious ice cream in Sanbornville (some of the best we've ever had). Thanks for providing such a wonderful place for the end of our summer.

I immediately fell in love with the secluded feel of the property. The lake does have some boating or kayaking activity from time from time, but generally is very peaceful.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The entire kitchen and living area shares wonderful, peaceful views of the lake from 3 sides, while the trees essentially hide neighbors’ homes from view. The southwestern exposure provides natural sunlight from sunrise until afternoon. We enjoy the call of the loon and other wildlife.
