Located in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, Bellville, you'll find
this spectacular two-bedroom apartment situated on the sixth floor of
the Cascades I complex, comfortably accommodating up to four guests.
As you step inside, you’ll be welcomed by an atmosphere that combines
style with comfort. This beautifully designed apartment boasts a
stunning view overlooking the tranquil waters of the Tyger Waterfront.
The modern kitchen is a standout feature, fitted with high-end finishes
and fully equipped for a comfortable self-catering stay. In addition to
the essentials, guests can enjoy the convenience of a coffee machine,
air fryer, washing machine, and tumble dryer. High-speed fibre internet
access and Netflix are also included, making it easy to stay connected
or unwind with your favourite shows.
The lounge features sleek faux leather couches paired with elegant
wooden accents throughout, including a TV stand, coffee table, and a
flatscreen television. From the lounge, sliding doors open to a private
patio offering breathtaking waterfront views—perfect for enjoying a
morning coffee or a relaxing evening drink.
The apartment includes two tastefully furnished bedrooms. The main
bedroom features a king-size bed and a vanity with cabinets and a chair
that serves as both a workspace and dressing table. This room also
boasts an en-suite bathroom with a shower, washbasin with vanity, and a
toilet. Sliding doors lead to a private balcony with serene views. The
second bedroom is fitted with a double bed, nightstands on either side,
and ample wardrobe space. A second shared bathroom includes a shower,
bathtub, washbasin with vanity, and toilet. Fresh linen and towels are
provided for your comfort.
Guests benefit from convenient elevator access and 24/7 security,
including regular floor patrols for added peace of mind. The building
is located just off the N1, making travel to Cape Town’s city centre
quick and hassle-free. You’ll also enjoy easy access to fantastic
public facilities, bars, and restaurants in the immediate area,
including Willowbridge and Tygervalley malls.
No children under the age of 12
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 12 Waterfront Road, Bellville.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
