Alisea is a detached villa located in a quiet area with little traffic. We rent out two rooms in the villa, each with a private bathroom and a spacious terrace. On-site parking is available and completely free of charge. All guests also have access to a huge terrace overlooking the sea, complete with a table, chairs, and lounge chairs, as well as the spacious ground-floor garden overlooking the pool.
Alisea is located in a beautiful villa surrounded by nature between Pescara and Montesilvano, offering a 45-km view of the sea, with its unforgettable sunrises and the Majella Mountains with their fiery sunsets.
It is just 2.5 km from the sea, 12 minutes from the A14 highway exit, 8 minutes from the Pescara train station, and 5 minutes from the Pescara highway loop (with service lanes), from which you can access the highways leading to northern and southern Italy and Rome.
The marina is located 12 minutes away, offering the option of day trips by sailboat (upon request and subject to availability) to the Tremiti Islands, Croatia, and Greece.
In 50–60 minutes, you can reach the famous mountain villages of Abruzzo, ancient castles, hermitages, lakes, archaeological sites, and winter ski slopes.
Alisea has two double bedrooms with private bathrooms:
one with a small terrace overlooking the sea; in addition, there is a sea-view room with a queen-size bed, accommodating a total of 6 people.
Guests have access to a parking space and can sunbathe on the large panoramic terrace with its priceless view or, in the evening, enjoy the cool breeze while gazing at the stars or the moon.
The terrace features a large table with armchairs, lounge chairs, and a large covered gazebo measuring 50 square meters.
Everything is designed for maximum comfort.
Upon request, you can enjoy the cool garden surrounding the pool as well as the pool itself.
Villa Alisea is not suitable for people with disabilities.
Pharmacies are located about 1 km from our property, and the nearest supermarket is about 2 km away. The Carrefour is open 24 hours a day.
The host speaks Italian and English.
