Modern Seaview Apartment 4 is a luxurious contemporary holiday home for 3. On the first floor of a stylish residence, with a balcony with a sea view, it is ideal for a couple or small family who want to explore Croatia’s Kvarner Gulf.
The apartment has been tastefully furnished to ensure that guests have a comfortable stay. The open-plan living space is full of light, thanks to glass doors that open out onto a spacious balcony. Here guests can enjoy a glass of local wine, in quiet surroundings.
Back inside, there is a smart sofa, next to a raised glass dining bar, with high stools. The new kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, a Dolcegusto coffee machine, fridge, freezer and kettle.
Outside guests can use the lovely, shaded garden and a terrace with a table and chairs, plus a BBQ.
Sleeping
The airy bedroom has a comfortable double bed and an armchair that converts into a single bed as well as a wardrobe for storage.
Bathroom
The elegant modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, basin and WC.

This striking, modern residence overlooks the stunning Kvarner Gulf, famous for its beautiful beaches and crystal-clear waters. Kostrena Beach and Zurkovo Beach are both close by. The local diving school (19-minute walk) can arrange scuba diving and snorkelling around the bay.
If you can tear yourself away from the coast, there is a lot of history to explore. Kraljevica (18 minutes) has not one, but two, castles as well as the Adriatic’s oldest shipbuilding yard and several excellent restaurants and cafés. The port of Bakar (13 minutes) is on the way to Kraljevica, and is known for its harbour-front restaurants, which are ideal for an evening out.
Rijeka (14 mins) also makes a fascinating day out. Croatia’s main port has plenty of interesting places to visit. For self-catering the market (Monday to Saturday mornings) is worth a trip. Here you can find local produce to prepare and enjoy back at home.
Rijeka International Airport is just 25 minutes away, over the Krk bridge.
