We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed this rental. The house was well stocked, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed. The game room was a fun bonus, though the air hockey table could use a little attention. The only minor kitchen note was that the faucet was a bit finicky and could use an update, but this did not impact our stay in any way.Unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy the private pool and hot tub as much as we hoped due to a cold surge during our stay—but January weather in Florida can be unpredictable. We did, however, have one beautiful day and spent the afternoon enjoying the resort amenities. The resort pool was wonderful, the gym had great equipment for a solid workout, and the employees at the Windsor Resort café and store were extremely kind and friendly.The gated entry added an extra level of security, and the employees working the check-in were great—friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We had multiple cars (the limit is three), and they assisted us with entry each time. On two occasions, our entry code took an extra few minutes to scan for reasons we weren’t sure of, but the staff investigated and helped us through as soon as they were available.The home’s location was perfect—close to all the Disney parks, tourist attractions, and convenient shopping. The owner was very attentive, helpful, and quick to respond, which made the entire experience even better. We highly recommend this rental and would absolutely stay here again!
