Description:
Sitting in a tranquil spot off a quiet country lane, ‘Sedge House’ is a semi-detached, three-bedroom sustainable home, moments from the Minsmere Nature Reserve in the rural village of Eastbridge.

Built to Passivhaus Institute Low Energy Principals, this reverse-level contemporary home is close to the coast, RSPB Nature Reserve, Dunwich Forest and only a five minute walk from an award-winning local pub, The Eels Foot Inn. There are a handful of excellent local restaurants, high quality farm shops and regular farmers’ markets all within close proximity. There are lovely country walks from the property, the ideal base for those who enjoy the outdoors and plenty of off-road cycling tracks for those who like exploring on two wheels.

Doors open out onto a south-facing balcony offering stunning views out to the fields beyond. There is an additional snug on the first floor which is located opposite the upstairs cloakroom.

The property is conveniently situated to visit the famous destinations including famous destinations such as Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Southwold, Snape Maltings and the ancient site of Sutton Hoo.

Enjoyed a relaxing stay, property well laid out with plenty of bathrooms which suited our teenage sons Their only niggle was that the showers were not very powerful. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of everything. Lovely & warm - eco heating system works well.
