Lovely home with beautiful view with communal pool
360 Estates welcomes you to Gozo by offering this beautiful apartment in GOZO featuring spectacular greenery VIEWS and even lovelier surroundings.
Upon enter the apartment, our guests are welcomed with a very large living area, with a large SOFA/Dining area and TV.
A fully equipped kitchen is also available, which in addition with the location of this serene place, makes it perfect for both short and longer term rentals. The apartment has also access to a communal POOL, WIFI and AC.
All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!
Living Spaces| A sunny front terrace equipped with tables and chairs where our guests can enjoy and relax, with probably one of the nicest view on the Maltese island. Also the apartment is equipped with a dining area and sofa looking on the TV.
Also included with this apartment is a communal pool accessible from inside the complex.
Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal making it perfect for both long and short term rentals.
Bedrooms| 2 Bedrooms, both of which with a doble bed.
Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night sleep, all linens provided are of highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.
Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machine, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.
24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment.

Environmental Contribution
As announced in the 2016 Budget, the Government has introduced an Environmental Contribution on stays at all types of accommodation as from June 20th, 2016. The main objective of this Environmental Contribution is to improve quality along the tourism value chain. In fact, all revenue generated from this initiative will be directed solely and exclusively to upgrade and embellish the local infrastructure in touristic areas around the Maltese Islands.The contribution is payable by all tourists who are 18 years or older irrespective of nationality (including locals).
It amounts to €0.50 per person for each night spent on the Maltese Islands at any type of accommodation such as hotels, guesthouses, hostels, resorts, apartments, farmhouses, villas, timeshare and host families, amongst others.
The contribution is capped at a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay.
A heads up that during the nice season ants is a common problem on the island. We do provide ants traps and repellent spray which normally work well, but expect to see some ants during your trip!
Smoking is not allowed

Strictly no partying or loud noises. Please do not make too much noise when entering and leaving the flat in the evening and after 11 pm, as to respect our neighbours.
No outsiders allowed in the apartment without written approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations.
The final cleaning fee is intended as check out general cleaning. Keep the place reasonably clean and tidy and leave the kitchen cleaned (no dirty dishes and garbage left over). If not, please note that additional costs may be charged.
The septic system is very effective, however it will clog up if improper material is flushed. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If that happened and clog the septic system damages may be charged.
Lost keys or getting locked out: Euro 100 per key set for replacement.
For stays above 30 days and above the Client will be responsible for paying bills on top of the agreed Rental fee, at the end of the stay based on Client`s real consumption.
Check-in time is from 3pm to Midnight with self check-in.
Any early or late check in must be requested and approved 24h before arrival.
